Patience was everything I was looking for in a doula before I was even pregnant. I found Patience in a Facebook group before we had even conceived and let her know I was going to reach out when I became pregnant. She matched the values and morals I follow, it was important to me to have a very holistic perspective on pregnancy and delivery.
I didn’t have a traumatic first delivery but I also didn’t have a support person that helped instill confidence in me and my body. I wanted a non medicated hospital birth but with my then support team I was told I couldn’t do it and ended up with an epidural. Patience was the guiding hand in educating myself and helping me get to a level of confidence I’ve never known. I am very honored to say she helped me guide both of my beautiful daughters earthside at home. She’s very gentle and nurturing in labor, she guides you by helping you in new positions, centering you during the waves, makes sure you are staying hydrated, brings you pain management support and vocalizes your birthing affirmations.
The level of knowledge and support she gave me was unmatched to my first pregnancy. I needed her then and now I tell everyone to invest in a Doula. I, myself, have been inspired to become a doula because of the impact Patience had on me and my birthing experience. I only wish I had her for my first, too.
I not only gained knowledge, support, and a new self confidence but I also gained a friend.

?????????? 5 stars! I cannot recommend Patience enough! She knew exactly what I needed without me having to say a word. She was so supportive throughout the pregnancy, and especially during the labor and birth of my baby girl, and even now a month later. I couldn't have done a natural hospital birth without her!! She is such a blessing! ??

Patience is amazing! She is so sweet and educated. The combination of having her own home birth and the education she has outside of that, she had my utmost trust with my birth! Every time I have a question patience can answer it for me right away. She really makes me feel comfortable about the whole birth process
