Wow! Stephani is amazing. She was the most supportive and comforting doula we could have hoped for. We really loved the pre-birth meetings where she gave us a ton of info and education on the physical side of labor and childbirth, along with emotional and mental guidance for us to have the mindful and peaceful birth we wanted. Stephani is called the "Mother Keeper" for a reason! I felt loved, supported, and educated throughout our entire pregnancy, labor, and birth experience. We now are lucky to call Steph our beloved friend for life and are SO glad we found her!! You will be cherished and cared for with Stephani as your Doula!

I would not have had such a beautiful birthing experience without Stephani by my side. She gave us all the information we needed to know before birth to feel confident going into it as well as going into my appointments with my doctor and what to think about for my birth plan. She was there every step of the way leading up to and through my 30 hour labor and after baby girl was born! I can't express how appreciative I am of her and would recommend her to anyone!

Steph is such a gem!! She was so supportive throughout my pregnancy, checking on me and providing resources to help prepare for birth. She was such a calming presence during the entire birth, staying with my husband and I through a very long labor and delivery - we truly could not have done it without her. I would recommend her over and over again!!

I am so grateful that Stephanie was my doula! This was my first surrogacy pregnancy and my first time using a doula, and I could not have imagined a better experience. Stephanie worked with me and the intended parents to prepare us for the birth experience that we wanted.  She provided me with a ton of resources for birth prep and getting the baby into position. She was very thorough and even taught the parents ways to help me cope during labor.  With Stephanie's support, I was able to have my first unmedicated birth. During labor she helped me in the ways I wanted to be helped- her presence helped me to be calm and get through even the hardest parts of labor.

Stephanie stayed with me and the parents for about an hour after the birth and ensured that I had everything I needed. She had snacks and hydrating fluids for me. Two weeks after the birth we met up and recounted the experience. It was so cool getting to hear about it from her perspective as well as share mine.

I can not speak more highly of her- the atmosphere she created and fostered during my labor, the encouragement she gave me during transition and pushing, and the physical support that I received from her were all imperative to helping me not only endure but also enjoy my birth experience.  If I could go back in time I would have her at all my births. Stephanie is a skilled and professional doula and a warm, supportive, and intuitive. I cannot recommend her highly enough and am so so grateful for my beautiful birth experience.

Stephani was an exceptional doula who made a profound impact on my birthing experience. From our initial meeting, her warmth and knowledge were evident. She provided unwavering support throughout my pregnancy, offering valuable advice and resources.

During labor, Stephani's presence was calming and reassuring. She guided me through breathing and positions, which eased my discomfort. Her emotional support was equally crucial, providing encouragement when I needed it most.

Stephani's dedication extended beyond labor; she followed up postpartum to ensure both my baby and I were thriving. Her commitment to my well-being was truly remarkable.

I can't recommend Stephani enough; she's a compassionate, knowledgeable, and invaluable doula who enhanced my birthing journey.

I cannot say enough great things about Stephani! She was amazing for us! Thankfully we have formed a friendship because I am not ready to let her go.

From the beginning she was there for me and my family in whatever way I needed or wanted. When I went into the hospital multiple times due to preclampsia and then had to deliver 3 weeks early she was always there for me. She even came to the hospital the last time per my request and was my advocate while my husband was at home with our other daughter.

Her kindness, loving nature, and she absolutely 100% cares for you and everyone around you. Stephani is very thoughtful and knowledgeable. She also would be willing to come and help with anything extra I needed for example like cleaning the house.

When we have more babies she will 100% be our doula. I can not imagine anyone else being there with my husband and I when all this is going on. Having her there during labor was such a BIG difference.

If you are thinking she may be a good fit for you, jump on that thought. You will NOT be sorry. Just meet her in person and you will see exactly what I mean.

God was so gracious putting her in our lives! My anxiety would have been through the roof if it was not for her throughout this process.

Thank you Stephani for everything!

I met Stephani at the very end of my pregnancy and am so thankful for her willingness to be by mine and my husband's side as we birthed our first baby. She is extremely thoughtful in the education she provides beforehand and the support she offers during birth. We absolutely recommend her!

Stephani supported me as a sibling doula for my homebirth. She stayed at my home all day after my delivery and helped make the day peaceful and special for my whole family. She helped care for my kids, cooked us a meal, and helped as needed. She was invaluable in making my homebirth the most peaceful and positive experience it could have been. This was my first homebirth and having the extra support was a worthwhile investment for my family.

Planning an out of hospital un medicated birth was a little nerve wracking, especially because people would automatically tell me horror stories. Having my Stephani by my side made a world of difference, and I had an amazing experience! I wouldn’t have wanted it any other way. She helped me not only through labor and delivery but with all of the emotions and anxieties leading up to it. She made me feel comfortable and taken care of at one of the most vulnerable times of my life. I am so grateful I had her, and wouldn’t want to do it again without her!

I'm a mother of 5 children. I've had hospital and home births some medicated most not.
I've never used a doula until this last birth. My first c-section, it was scheduled. During other phases of my life I didn't understand the need for a doula but for some reason I felt I needed one this time.
She came into my home prior to delivering; helped me organize and clean. Which was over whelming to me. We talked about the process of the surgery what to expect and helped me process my fears. Stephani is really good at hearing and helping me process my feeling into a positive framing.

On Surgery day Stephani arrived by my side during the night and stayed at the hospital with me.
I was able to utilize her while I wasn't able to walk on my own. Stephani managed my routine, so I could sleep and nurse my little baby.
We set goals and she helped advocate for me, helped me reach my goals without pushing too hard if I needed to re-evaluate for better sleep and recovery.
I would highly recommend using a doula for all births now and wished I had used the support for all my babies.
When Stephani wasn't able to be around she supported my husband's ability to step into that role of doula/ emotional support. She gave him guidance to support my healing in a way he hadn't been able to do before. He learned to see areas that would make my transition from bed to bathroom and back more comfortable, and clean.

This was helpful becuse I didn't have to advocate for myself; when the very act of expressing one's goals or expectations while also nursing, healing and feeling drowsy would cost a lot of energy; I didn't have to. That was huge for me!(She even helped fill out birth certificate information.) All I had to do was focus on the things that really matter my healing and feeding my baby. She's giving you her very best at a time when you need someone's very best.

When I was getting ready to have my fourth baby I had an induction date set by my doctor (for having a positive gbs test). I wasn't really happy about having to be induced in the first place... again (this was the case with all 4 of my deliveries), but also I felt rushed. I was not physically, mentally, or emotionally ready for this baby. I was overwhelmed. And felt a little helpless about it all.
I was aware of Stephani’s experience and I called her for wisdom. She informed me of options I didn't know I had. I was able to discuss my options with my doctor, and felt at peace about my choices.
Stephani also helped me through the emotional and physical process and together we thought of what my needs were in order to feel ready and safe and prepared for birth and a fourth child.
Her guidance not only comforted me, but gave me courage and empowered me to be true to my instincts. Through Stephani’s coaching, I was able to have the smoothest delivery and birthing process I've ever had.
Stephani’s care didn't stop there. She followed up with me to make sure I was healthy afterward as well. I am prone to having ppd and Stephani’s gifts of wisdom and empathy have really saved me and I can't thank her enough for her services.

I'm so grateful I had Stephani by my side at such a difficult and important time in my life. My labor didn't go as I imagined it would, despite all my preparations. Having Stephani there to help give me reassurance and the boost in confidence I needed to continue forward made all the difference in the world. Her help through the pain and her calming perspective and guidance was invaluable. I will be forever grateful she was there for me to help me find the joy in my son's birth.

Stephani has a passion and excitement for helping women have a positive birthing experience, and I could sense that in our first interactions and throughout this journey.

Stephani taught and shared with me some golden nuggets previous to the birth of our little one, coached me when I needed it during labor, and has been a support in the days since our birth. I am glad we had Stephani there during the birth of our son.

I know that Stephani wanted to help, but not overwhelm me. I learned to ask when I needed something. She helped answer questions I had after my regular doctor check-ups, and suggested more questions I could ask the doctor at the conclusion of our discussions. If I was curious about something, I just had to ask; she didn't pester me with too much knowledge or information, but was always available via a quick text.

This was our second baby, but my husband was still unsure of how to be supportive during labor. Stephani's instruction & lessons helped me have a better understanding of where I was during labor, and what I might anticipate next. She taught me a few alternative birthing positions, which greatly helped during this quick, unmedicated birth at the hospital, and she was there to support us. Eventhough it was my second time, I wasn't sure the contractions were "the real deal", and she helped me have confidence in listening to my body.

Stephani taught, shared, and coached when we needed it, and has been a support in the days immediately after the birth. I sure appreciated having her as our Doula.
