As a postpartum doula I offer a wide range of support to birth parents looking for additional resources and expertise after the birth of a child. The postpartum period is an important time for healing, recovery, nourishment, and connection. My postpartum support includes culturally competent support for birth parents, breast feeding, chest feeding, and infant feeding tips & tricks, emotional and physical recovery after birth, newborn care 101, parent and child bonding, sibling care, contraceptive counseling, light housekeeping, nourishing meal prep and of course connections to community & local resources for new parents.
