I worked with Lauren for postpartum doula services after having my first baby. She was the first person on my birth team that I knew was the right fit.

From Lauren, I got connected to a birth doula and the perfect midwife, all of which made this birthing experience absolutely perfect.

Lauren became another member of our family during long nights in our first few weeks home from the hospital. In addition to taking exceptional care of our baby, she cared for me like a sister. She assisted with lactation struggles, helped around the house, and even connected me with support groups and social groups! I attribute my avoidance of PPD / PPA to Lauren because I had the sompassion, support, and understanding from another human during this vulnerable time. If you have the means to hire a postpartum doula, Lauren is your girl!

So happy that we had Lauren to help us out post partum. I was incredibly comfortable with Lauren watching my baby from the first time she visited, I never worried which felt so good. She is extremely knowledgeable and will answer any question, has great resources, and is so so kind and fun to be around! Wish we could always have her help!

I called Lauren to help me after having my 3rd child. This was now my 3rd c-section and I had lifting restrictions and really needed help while I was recovering. I don't know what we would have done without her help! She was so engaging and fun with my 4 year old and 2 year old. She even helped with laundry! Having her allowed me really precious time to focus on my new baby as well as focus on healing physically from surgery. She was a total Godsend. I had never had help with my kids prior to this and she made all the difference in my recovery from surgery and adjusting to a family of three little ones.

We called Lauren around week 3 of our new journey as parents and my only regret is not calling her sooner. I was starting to go a little nuts with the lack of sleep and major postpartum anxiety. Lauren made me feel so comfortable and at ease from the moment we met her. I slept SO GOOD when she came over and felt so refreshed the next day. If we end up having more kids in the future I will 100% be calling Lauren. 10000% recommend.

Lauren was great with our newborn! Our little one did very well in her care. I was never worried about her one bit! Knowing Lauren would be with us for the night was such a relief for me and my husband. We knew our girl would be in great hands and that we would get some much needed sleep!  She gave us detailed reports the morning after her night shift so we knew exactly how the night went. I gave her lots of instruction and she  followed those exactly and without question. She also offered advice and tips along the way. Overall great experience and very happy she had the availblity to take us on!

As first time parents with a newborn we were completely unprepared for the nighttime challenges (even though we read and prepped!). We quickly realized we needed the support of a nighttime doula - both for peace of mind, a mental break, and also educational support. We were incredibly lucky that Lauren was available. She is highly knowledgeable about infant care and best practices, is reliable and could work magic with our son, and was a calming presence (which we desperately needed) in the exciting and extremely challenging first few weeks with our growing family. We highly recommend Lauren for any family!

I came to the postpartum doula search process a bit later in my pregnancy, and Lauren saved the day! As my due date approached, my husband and I quickly realized that we would benefit from the postpartum support of a doula since we don't have many family members nearby. We had a wonderful experience working with Lauren during the first 6 weeks of the fourth trimester. It was critical to have her support during the night so we could squeeze in some extra hours of sleep during that very challenging newborn phase. Having such a wide spectrum of experience, whether first-hand as a mother or from working with so many other families, Lauren has a wealth of baby knowledge. She was super responsive when we needed to troubleshoot any challenges (as first time parents, there were quite a few!), and her advice and guidance was always offered without any judgement. I cannot thank Lauren enough for all she's done for us and our baby boy. It's been a sweet start to parenthood with Lauren there to offer a helping hand and answer all of our questions, especially when we needed a sounding board who wasn't also family (but felt like family!). Sleep deprived parents, look no further. Lauren is the doula for you!

My experience with Lauren was incredible! My husband and I didn't know about postnatal doula care, but as soon as we learned about it, we were so interested. We had the desire to invest in some doula support - either for the birth or after, and since I was delivering at a Birth Center with very hands-on midwives, we opted to try the postnatal support.

We are so glad we did! It can feel a bit daunting to come home with a first-time newborn, and having the support to not only talk through things and get advice on everything from healing to newborn basics was amazing. The meal prep and help around the house was also incredibly valuable. We also had some overnights included in the package we chose, and those were a life-saver! We actually got solid sleep those nights. We will definitely invest in a postnatal doula if we have more kids.

Lauren is so wonderful and easy to instantly like. She's easy-going, experienced, professional, reliable, and runs a wonderful business supporting new and established families. We felt totally safe and comfortable with her during such a fresh and vulnerable time, and she made our transition so much better.

I consulted with Lauren when my son was about three weeks old- my husband and I were exhausted (as expected!) and desperately needed some sleep! We hired Lauren for overnight care for a few days a week. From the moment she stepped into our home- I knew our son would be in good hands! Lauren is amazing! She loves, loves, loves babies and it shows! She has extensive experience with caring for infants and we are truly blessed with her help. Four months later- she's like a part of our family! She cares for my son so well and lovingly overnight a few nights a week, provides great advice and resources for us! We love Lauren!

Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are to Lauren. After giving birth to our set of twins last December. She was such a wealth of knowledge (before ,during, and after giving birth). Lauren was a great nanny to our family!  Very professional!  I would recommend her for doula work as well.  She excels at whatever she does and you will be quite happy with her performance.
