Doula Training

Type of practice: Solo practice

Clients per month: 2 to 3 births and 1 to 5 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: Monday through Friday daytime or Sunday through Thursday nighttime shifts are preferred. Allergic to cigarette smoke. Cats need to be outside the baby's room where I'd sleep, and dogs and other pets anywhere are great!

Home births require at least 1 full month of prenatal doula support and a midwife to be present for delivery.

Board positions for community outreach, leader of Immigrant Accompaniment teams, and leader of Indigenous Allies groups. Active and supporting member of BADT and other Black Doula training and support groups. As a Doula and a Childbirth Educator, I engage in birth rights as human rights for ALL.

Fee Details

Queer-led doula practice. I support clients in underrepresented communities, many immigrants from a wide array of cultures, and when clients need flexibility to fees, I can usually accommodate.
