When I first found out I was pregnant, I had some questions about the birthing process in hospital envionments. My husband and I were searching alternative birthing envionments and stumbled upon the Birth Center of Chicago. It was here that I was recomended to find a doula to help with my birth. And so began my search! But something miraculous happened! My husband did Uber at the time, and ran into a woman who recently gave birth at the same place. She recommended Tiffany to my husband and this is how we connected! :)

And what a connection it was! Tiffany is one the sweetest, kindest people you will ever meet! In our first meeting, she clearified so much about the birthing center AND the process of birth! She is very prepared, and has lots of experience. She was insightful, giving helpful tips and tricks along the way. I loved how she was very accesesible during the pregnancy period- just a phone call/text away- and willing to answer just about any question I had! She also did a home visit after my birth which was SO helpful! Honestly, If/when I will deliver again, she's my TOP PICK! A LITERAL ANGEL!  

One of my favorite memories of Tiffany was right after I had given birth, and she helped me give that first cradle and feed. I will never forget her loving bedside manner and calm reassurance. Tiffany, if and when you read this I hope you are smile; your memory will always be a part of by journey to motherhood.

I am so glad I found Tiffany and partnered with her as our doula!  I interviewed quite a few doulas and Tiffany was the most personable and instantly made me feel comfortable.  With it being my first pregnancy and child birth, I was pretty nervous and anxious about all of the unknowns.  I knew Tiffany was always just a text away even to answer a simple question after an appointment with my OB.  I loved that she spent time with us before labor to show me stretches and positions I could be doing in the weeks leading up to labor and also provided a lot of education on how to handle the early stages of labor at home.  I went into labor on a holiday weekend so things at the hospital were slow and a bit rocky, and Tiffany helped us advocate for what we needed and she was also just generally an extremely calming presence for me throughout labor!  She even stayed longer than she needed to after my son was born to make sure an issue that I was having post birth resolved before she left.  I cannot recommend her enough and would use her services again in a heartbeat!

As a first time parent with zero experience caring for younger siblings or other littles, my husband and I were so overwhelmed by all the dos and don's of welcoming home a new baby. Thank God for Tiffany! She came highly recommended from close friends and from the second she entered our home we felt the biggest sense of comfort and relief. She is one of the kindest and caring people I've ever had the privilege of meeting. Not only does she take the absolute best care of baby but she also takes care of mom and provides much needed support to the whole family. We couldn't have survived the first few months of new parent life without her and she will be our first call when we decide to have another. She is the best.

Having continuous support from someone who has attended hundreds of births was very important to me when I considered preparing for birth of our first son. We interviewed five doulas, and ultimately Tiffany was the one my husband and I connected with most naturally, and boy am I glad we both chose her!

We ended up with an unplanned induction due to preeclampsia at week 39 and Tiffany went above and beyond with her support, coaching us through every decision through 24 hours of labor and helping us rest and prepare for what was to come. Ultimately, I was able to avoid a c-section, which I really credit to my ability to persevere - there is absolutely no way my husband and I could have done it without Tiffany.

We were fortunate to have Tiffany’s support a couple nights a week for the first couple months. We anxiously awaited those nights which started with comforting and educational conversations that helped us come into our own as new parents. She also supported me as I navigated the crazy world of getting nursing going. It was such a relief to know we could expect a break every few days during those tricky first 8 weeks. The extra sleep helped me and my husband show up better during the day and recover from the unexpected birth experience.

Now, my husband now explains to other expectant dads how they should consider a doula and points them to Tiffany! I recommend the same with absolutely no reservations :)

I was lucky enough to find Tiffany and work with her as my doula for my 2nd pregnancy with a VBAC goal. Her warmth, kindness and reassurance throughout the process was incredibly helpful. She was supportive and knowledgeable and made me feel confident in our goals and in my body's ability. After laboring at home with her support via txt/call, Tiffany met us at the hospital and supported us in a successful VBAC! Her presence and guidance during birth was amazing. I am so so thankful to have found Tiffany and that she was a part of my VBAC journey. My only regret is that I didn't find her sooner for my first baby!

I never thought I would be that person that wants to relive giving birth, but here I am being that person. Tiffany guided me and my partner before the birth by talking extensively with us and understanding our birth preferences. She is very knowledgeable of the birth process and what to expect as strategies to use. We felt very prepared for the birth of our second child. When I was giving birth, we had mood lighting, music playing and overall very calm atmosphere. When other healthcare providers came in, they remarked how calm the space was. My birth was peaceful and full of joy all thanks to Tiffany. I can’t thank her enough for giving her the labor of my dreams and I look back on this day fondly.

I cannot recommend Tiffany enough! From the very beginning, she was a radiant source of kindness and empathy. A true Pisces, her intuition and compassion shone through in everything she did. Before labor, she went above and beyond. She patiently answered all my questions, no matter how small, and made sure we felt completely prepared. When labor finally arrived very early in the am, Tiffany was there instantly, with a radiant smile on her face. Calm and collected, she began massaging my back and offered unwavering support to my husband throughout the entire experience. Even after delivery, her care continued. She checked in on us and went the extra mile by sending her doula friend to visit when I was readmitted due to preeclampsia. That kind of dedication is truly exceptional. Anyone who has the pleasure of working with Tiffany is beyond lucky. She's an incredible doula, an incredible mother herself, and just an amazing person to know.

I'm not sure I can accurately capture with words the incredible experience we were afforded working with Tiffany as our birthing doula. Leaving the hospital after the birth of our daughter my husband and I were in complete awe of what we had just witnessed. We cannot imagine her not being there with us. She made every step of the process easier, lighter, and more supported. Not only did she advocate for me in the most important ways when it absolutely mattered the most but she was the most calming presence from check in at triage through delivery. As first time parents, not a single decision we made along the way was as important and valuable as deciding to have her as our doula. We joke that the only mistake we made was not booking her sooner when she was available for postpartum care. Tiffany is a caring, resourceful, attentive, proactive, supportive advocate that we cannot recommend more highly. It truly felt like we had family with us and we can never thank her enough for all she did.

Tiffany was our postpartum doula in the first couple months postpartum and did SO much to help us rest and recover! I had a challenging birth, so had a significant recovery, and Tiffany's support was really crucial to be able to rest.

She started supporting us on overnights the week after we got home from the hospital, so was the first person we trusted with our baby, yet we were so confident stepping away to sleep since she is such an expert. Beyond that, she's very empathetic and understanding. Since we were first time parents, she provided so much guidance related to sleep and feeding, and was there to answer all sorts of questions - from when to adjust nipple flow to swaddle recommendations and more. I really wanted a doula that supported our individual family choices and Tiffany did that so well, especially since I chose to formula feed. She's great at providing non-judgmental support.

Since Tiffany is also a birth doula, she provided a lot of emotional support as I processed my birth experience too! It was challenging birth, so my husband and I also benefited from having some time together (without the baby!) to process and rest. We'd always feel so relieved when Tiffany arrived, and would share some laughs with her about my son's latest antics before going to sleep. We felt really comfortable with her in our home - and she was great with our animals!

We really debated hiring a postpartum doula, since it is a significant expense and we weren't sure what our needs would be postpartum, but it was SUCH an important investment. I'm especially glad we proactively planned for it, so that we were able to go into the birth/postpartum knowing we planned for support, and also find someone that aligned with our needs and values.

I highly recommend Tiffany for any doula services. We worked with her for labor and delivery and one postpartum visit. As a first time mom, our main goal in hiring a doula was to have someone by our side who could help educate us about the labor & delivey process in order for us to be able to advocate for ourselves during L&D. Tiffany 100% met all of my expectations and beyond. She wants her clients to be able to have the L&D experience that THEY want. She supports you in any decisions that you want to make. What we loved most about having her in L&D room was when there was a decision that we had to make, she helped talk it through with us so that we felt empowered to move forward in the way that was best for us. We had the best labor and delivery experience and we attribute this to having Tiffany by our side. Tiffany is kind, a great listener, has a calming presence, and is super knowledable. We delivered at Northwestern Prentice and we loved that Tiffany has alot of experience with clients delivering here. If you are looking for a doula for labor & delivery (or even postpartum) I higly recommend working wtih her! You will love your experience!

Tiffany was a phenomenal support from the last part of pregnancy through the first few weeks of new motherhood.

I hired her as a labor support for my planned home birth but when I ended up needing a hospital induction she came through and supported me through writing up a hospital birth plan and helping me make informed decisions about my care. I was able to manage the unexpected changes to my plan and a long labor with her hand-on support and compassionate guidance.

Her knowledge, encouragement, and creativity got me through the unexpected and helped me to have a positive birth experience.

I cannot express how valuable Tiffany's time, energy, and expertise was to my little family in the 3 post-partum months. We are first time parents and our twins were born 4 weeks ahead of schedule. From that first week, we knew Tiffany was wonderful. Even though she had not yet expected to start with us, she worked to move her schedule around to provide the unexpected support. She pretty much seamlessly integrated with us, and had an empathetic touch that worked well both for my extroversion and my husband's introversion. She took patient, loving care of both of our girls. We looked forward to her twice weekly overnights as if it were Christmas. She also had lots of wonderful information to share about both the girls and my breastfeeding, could help us know what to expect development-wise, and would follow up on the days she wasn't with us as well. She was conscientious, timely, knowledgeable, caring, gentle, and fun. Anyone who gets to work with her is very lucky.

Postpartum Doula Review: We were connected with Tiffany through a reference from my labor and delivery doula. I felt Tiffany was a lifesaver at a crucial time for our family as my husband and I navigated life with our newborn. She brought a calm and competent aura with her each time she came over to take care of the baby. She also took care of our whole family by helping make us nutritious healthy + meals to eat and straightening up where needed. What I most appreciated about Tiffany was she generally intuited the baby/our needs before we had to ask. She was always reliable and demonstrated utmost professionalism and integrity. Highly recommend!!

Tiffany was an amazing support to me during my birth and postpartum time.  She is extremely well-read and knowledgeable about every part of birth, breastfeeding, and the many small options that a mother has to weed through.  Every time I had a question, Tiffany had read up on the subject and had lots of helpful options and tips for me.  Having her to bounce my thoughts off of was extremely valuable, especially as I made decisions at the beginning of my unplanned induction.  And somehow, I never felt like she was giving her own opinion; just helping me to make my own.  

Tiffany was also very wonderful postpartum, always sensitive to my moods and an easy part of the household, paying attention to my needs always.  It is very clear that she takes joy in caring for women as they move through the first days with their babies, and that she is passionate about creating the best experience for us.  Thank you Tiffany!!!

If you are looking for an amazing doula then Tiffany is the person for you. She made my birth such an amazing and positive experience. Her calm presence and voice really got me through the tough moments during labor. She went above and beyond to honor my birth wishes and did everything she could to help me set the room into the beautiful aesthetic that I envisioned (dim lighting, tea lights, mantra cards). She was also extremely knowledgeable about everything that was going on and helped my husband and I to understand the birthing and recovery process before in our prenatal meetings and during/after the birth. My husband also said she was a wonderful supporter for him and in moments where he needed a break Tiffany was there to step in and help. Tiffany will be a part of any future births I have. I cannot imagine going through labor without her!
