We had a wonderful experience with Janet as our doula. She has a wealth of knowledge and experience that greatly helped us before, during, and after labor. She’s confident,  intuitive, and creates a peaceful environment. We would highly recommend her services to anyone who is in need of a doula.

Janet was kind, caring and supportive through my entire birth process.  She was also very considerate of me/my feelings.  I asked her a ton of questions through my pregnancy and leading up to giving birth (since this was my first time), and she was very knowledgeable and never made me feel like I was silly for asking something.

I'd recommend Janet to anyone who is looking for a doula.  She has years and years of experience and knows what she's doing.  I appreciated having her there by my side through the process.

Janet has been present at three of my four children's births, and she has been amazing every time. She was always available to answer questions during my pregnancy, and when it was time to deliver, we were able to get ahold of her quickly and she came as soon as she was needed - even in the middle of the night.

Janet is extremely knowledgeable as far as natural pain management and relaxation techniques. She is attentive and actively works to help soothe and bring relief. Janet is also a wonderful patient advocate, ensuring that I received the best possible care when both my husband and I were overwhelmed, and when I especially was only able to focus on getting through the next contraction.

We didn't hire Janet for our first child's birth, and I really wish that we had. She has truly been a blessing and is a large reason why my birth experiences have been postive overall.

My experience is so much richer and peaceful with Janet. Both of my sons were born naturally and without any interventions! Janet's keen sensativity is clearly shown during each birth. Her presence is calming and needed. She listens even when there is silence and knows how to respond each time. I can not say enough about my gratefulness for this beautiful person.

Our birth experience would not have been the same without Janet! We began with her birth classes which gave us a lot of preparation for our big day and made us feel confident and informed about our son's birth. During labor, she was amazing, coaching both me and my husband, trying different positions for comfort and to help shift our baby. Her presence was so calming and I was confident that she always had our baby's best interest in mind. She provided not only multiple labor positions but relaxation techniques, keeping my mind present and calm about the process my body was going through and the amazing miracle that was occuring. I could not imagine our birth being the same without her there and I can't imagine her not being there at future births!!
