Ariel is a hybrid Postpartum Doula and Newborn Care Specialist, specializing in newborn sleep and routine establishment. Families often seek her support when they want their baby on a consistent sleep schedule and sleeping through the night by 3 months old. She provides overnight care only, offering 12 to 15-hour shifts between 7 PM and 11 AM, with 12-hour options available only from 7 PM to 7 AM or 8 PM to 8 AM. Her hourly rate ranges from $50 to $80, depending on the number of children (singleton or multiples). Carrot Insurance accepted. Ariel’s expertise includes gentle sleep conditioning, feeding support (breastfeeding and bottle feeding), newborn soothing techniques, diapering, swaddling, and light household assistance. She also offers parent education, emotional support, and guidance through postpartum recovery, ensuring a smooth transition for the entire family. Her goal is to help parents feel confident and well-rested while creating healthy sleep habits for their baby.
