AUBREY IS AMAZING! 

From the very beginning when we first met her at Starbucks for our interview I knew she was the right fit for our first pregnancy journey. My husband wasn't really sure we needed a doula but I think it's safe to say we will never not have Aubrey at our future births. 

From answering all my pregnancy questions, to sitting down to really get to know us and what we wanted during birth, to hands on labor prep. She was amazing every step of the way leading up to the birth of our daughter. So knowledgeable I can't thank her enough!

Not to mention I don't think I could have done the birth without her! She reassured me the whole way, set up the perfect birthing space to keep me calm and comfortable, I think her arms may still be sore from giving counter pressure for a couple hours straight. She was such a calm and confident presence for me and my husband and truely advocated for me!

I still remember her saying to me right before my daughter was born, I was so exhausted, "You already accomplished your goals Sydney, you labored at home as long as possible and you had a natural birth". Shortly after my daughter was in my arms and I felt so dang proud. 

Other things to mention: 

If you are considering Hypnobabies she gave me the support and guideance for using these strategies. She helped me during birth using these principles and was the perfect hypno-doula! 

I also used her placenta services! A service I would highly recommend to other moms! If this is something you are considering or want to know more about she has the expertise and skills to help! She included a really beautiful keepsake of my daughters umbilical cord in the shape of a heart! It is so amazing if you are into that kind of thing!

Again, from the bottom of our hearts, thank you so much Aubrey! You made my first pregnancy/birth perfect! *chefs kiss*

We are so happy we reached out to Aubrey for our first pregnancy/birth. She helped prepared us, answered all our questions, gave great advice, very knowledgeable and supported us every step of the way. Our birth experience was better than I could ever imagine, she coached me through it all and made sure my husband was involved and knew how to support me as well. They made a perfect team attending to all my needs. I was able to have a totally natural birth and Aubrey made it like a spa experience at the hospital. I felt comfortable, powerful, and in control of every decision I made. She helped advocate for me at the hospital. If you are even thinking about having a doula, hired Aubrey you won't regret it. We plan to hire her for all our future pregnancies to come. I am so thankful for her support and her calm personality. Thank you so much for helping bring our beautiful baby boy into this world safely. We will cherish all our photos and video forever!

Our experience was amazing. Aubrey really helped us prepare to become 1st time parents. Even though my husband and I work different shifts, she was able to be flexible and make it to our house on a weekend for parenting classes. Any question we ever had Aubrey would always give us educated based advice.

Being pregnant with my second I was so afraid that things would go the way my first did. I was terrified of the pain again and not following my birth plan. Meeting Aubrey for the first time gave me hope. I knew things would be different this time and it was. She never left my side, she's very compassionate and has great bed side manner and so much knowledge. I am so happy and proud of myself how my birth went and I can't thank Aubrey enough. All I wish now is that I had a doula for my first. I truly believe every mom should hire a doula especially Aubrey and I promise you, you will not regret it.

Aubrey was a godsend . One of my biggest fears was deviating from my ideal birth plan , and Aubrey made sure everything went perfectly as planned . She is extremely knowledgeable , passionate , and has amazing bed side manner . This was our 2nd child and all I keep thinking is how much easier the first would been if I had Aubrey . I highly recommend her to any Mama's first timers or not , she will help make the best out of the experience .

After having a not so great experience with our first birth we wanted better with our second. We both loved how caring, kind, and loving Aubrey is. 10/10 reccomend to anyone giving birth. She made the second birth so much more fun and enjoyable.

It’s taken me awhile to write this review because it’s hard to put into words how incredibly valuable Aubrey was for my husband and I throughout my pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum. She truly went above and beyond what we expected when hiring a doula. Aubrey took the time to really get to know us and our hopes for my labor and delivery. She took into account my past experience giving birth and helped create a birth plan that encompassed everything we wanted. She walked me through lots of false alarms and was there right away when it was finally time! I had the labor and delivery of my dreams, and I completely attribute that to Aubrey’s help. She even offered so much support after birth, making sure we were adjusting and doing well. I would 100% recommend Aubrey. You need her, even if you don’t think you do!

Aubrey was a Godsend! I recently moved to the area and had to search for a new doula. Thinking I had enough time to do so I started to search the week I moved and she ended up coaching me through labor  the same day I hired her. She guided me through the sudden and unexpected delivery and has been my support since then. As a first time mom has easier thanks to Aubrey's guidance and expertise. HIRE HER.

My husband and I hired Aubrey as our doula very early on in my pregnancy and she was an INCREDIBLE resource the entire time. She really helped to alleviate alot of my anxiety and concerns early in the pregnancy and was invaluable when it came to helping me find other resources and information as well. Our prenatal visits helped me to envision my birth as a positive and empowering experience and also helped me to solidify in my mind what was important to me and what I needed to communicate to my OBGYN ahead of time. She gave me alot of ideas for questions to ask that would not have occured to me which was awesome. Her support for my desieres and hopes surrounding my labor and delivery never wavered. When the day came that my contractions began she was right there with me on the phone talking me though how to time them and helping me determine whethere this was false labor or the real deal. She labored at home with me as long as possible and it was a huge relief to have an experienced professional with us to help us know when it was time to head to the hospital. It took all the guess work and stress out of the situtation for my husband and I. Once we were at the hospital she once again proved how valuable she is as a birth team member and a resource. She labored with me for 9 hours total and was right there with my husband holdng one of my legs and cheering me on when it was time to push. It was largely thanks to her encouragement and support that I was able to make my goal of delivering without pain medication and if/when we decide to have another baby I will be calling her to hire her as soon as we know we are pregnant. Whatever your birth goals are and whether you want an epidural or an intervention free birth- Aubrey will be right there supporting you! I really cant say enough wonderful things about her. Do yourself and your partner a favor and meet with Aubrey. You wont regret the investment in a positive birth expereince!

If 'Diamonds are a girl's best friend' then I'd say a good doula is any soon to be father's best friend. Going into my first birthing experience, I didn't know what to expect, but Aubrey's passion for care and guidance based on her high level of expertise helped me to be the best partner possible in those unsure moments. Utilizing her many resources before, during, and after birth, I felt confident in my role and was able to stay closely connected to my wife's needs which allowed me to provide as much relief for her as possible and also feel supported that I was doing my part to the best of my ability too. A doula won't make the decisions for you, but they will help you and your partner make the most of the journey that is childbirth. You simply can't go wrong by choosing to have Aubrey there to help.

We hired Aubrey while expecting our first child. We had interviewed others but when we met her we knew we'd found our match! From the beginning she was so supportive of both myself and my husband (who was reluctant about a doula but she made him a believer.  Now he says we'll never have another birth without her).

She helped me through every aspect of the pregnancy and was always available for any and every question or concern I had. I felt very prepared for the big day!

When I went into labor she was on the phone with me all the way to the hospital and had a wheelchair waiting for me. In the room she set up candles, had snacks and was excellent in keeping the room calm and communicating our wishes to the staff so my husband could focus 100% on me. She had many labor techniques she used and always made sure she was doing only what myself and my husband were comfortable with.

Our labor and delivery took an unexpected turn and she was a huge support throughout, kept me calm and stayed with us at the hospital well beyond what she was hired to which was wonderful and just further proves how amazing she is. She took photos for us and to our surprise made us a short birth video. It was so unexpected and beautiful. I still cry when I watch it! 

She came for two post partum visits but always made sure to communicate with me in between and checking in. I really appreciated that as adjusting to a newborn is overwhelming. 

Aubrey is so much more than a doula, she's a friend. Someone you'll think you've known your entire life even though you just met. We are so lucky to have found her and blessed to have a friend for life ?

I hired Aubrey as my doula for my first pregnancy shortly before miscarrying. She was a very real part of the healing that my mind and body required to move forward, and was always a reassuring voice during that process. Her support and empathy was priceless to me. Now that I am pregnant again I am thrilled to have Aubrey as a part of my birth team! She is a fantastic resource and comfort to me in times of worry or anxiety about what I am experiencing. I can't say enough wonderfull things about her! I am certain that she will be nothing but an asset and a reasuring presence when it comes time for me to deliver our child.
