I loved my experience with Hannah! We connected right away during our first phone call. I had other doulas to interview but felt so confident in my choice. She is so sweet and her daughter was around my sons age so she was familiar with the needs of a 3 year old ;) We utilized Hannah for sibling doula services. My son LOVED her and talked about her for weeks after her time spent with him. She also did my placenta encapsulation. I liked that it was done in our home! So thankful to have had her for those two portions of my birth experience!

Hannah was a huge asset to my home birth! While she wasn't with us any longer than my midwife was due to a faster labor than expected, she jumped right in and helped with contractions so my husband could focus on me. I would highly recommend Hannah and Brave Beautiful Beginnings to anyone looking for a great doula!

Hiring Hannah was one of the BEST decisions we have made as parents! I found Hannah through her website while searching for a doula. She responded quickly and we had a great consultation in our home. When she left we called her immediately to hire her!

Prenatal:
From the moment I called Hannah to tell her she was hired she was there for me whenever I needed her. She helped me research, talked me through my anxieties, encouraged me, etc. She provides a personalized birth education class and we learned so much in those four hours.

Birth:
Hannah is on call from 37 weeks on for you! When I went into labor, she was with us the entire time, reminding us of our goals, physically supporting me when my husband needed a break, coaching me to breathe and relax, making sure we ate and drank water, taking photos & videos for us, and she did it all in such a non intrusive manner. I can’t imagine doing birth again without her there!

Placenta Encapsulation:
Hannah processed the placenta in our home and I was surprised at how clean and sterile the whole process was. We got to learn a lot about the placenta over the two days. She also created a print of my placenta before the encapsulation that I will cherish forever! I have the placenta pills and tincture both of which have made a huge difference for me with healing time, milk production,PPD & PPD. I highly recommend this service!

Postpartum Services:
Hannah provides a well priced, flexible service as a postpartum doula that I couldn’t have done without. She helped me with laundry, organizing, dishes, preparing for going back to work, watching baby so I could sleep or shower, and honestly just being there when it was rough.

The Mannella family cannot speak highly enough about Hannah and all she has done for us in pregnancy, birth, & postpartum! If you are considering hiring her this is your sign to do it.

I hired Hannah after one phone call. I was about 37 weeks pregnant with baby #3, and was going to attempt my first unmedicated birth. We clicked instantly! She made me feel so calm and prepared. She answered all of my questions in depth and offered so much valuable advice. Even my kiddos and husband loved her! My labor and delivery were fast and beautiful, and she was all-in the entire time. The extra comfort measure I needed. I will recommend her to everyone I know! Hannah, you made this experience so special, and I couldn't express more how much I appreciate you!
