Complete Birth Support Includes: Free Consultation 2 Prenatal Consults (Nutrition, Breastfeeding, Hygiene, Cultural Support, Emotional/Mental, Anatomy, Improving Birth Outcomes, Guess Date vs Due Date, Stages of Labor, Unassisted Birth, Comfort Measures & Positions, Partner Support) Prenatal Phone Support Virtual or In-Person* Birth Doula 2 Postpartum Consults (Nutrition, Healing, Emotional/Mental Support) Postpartum Phone Support Basic Breastfeeding Support Complete Postpartum Support is provided at an hourly rate or in postpartum packages starting at 12 hours. Benkung Belly Binding, Meal Prep, and Birth or Postpartum Ceremonies rooted in African American/African/Indigenous traditions are available options.
