Postpartum limits/restrictions: I prefer no smoking (cigarettes in home) and a clear set of expectations to be outlined.

If in person support is not available due to hospital regulations, then virtual support is available.

Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers

Attends home births? Any Home Birth
A midwife must be present at your birth.

I am a PAIL (pregnancy, abortion & infant loss) Advocate as well as a lactation counselor. I offer prenatal- yoga classes, childbirth education and birth photography.
