My only goal for my recent hospital birth was for the experience to be positive. I decided to hire a doula to help me understand all the things that might come up during labor and delivery. Ashley was recommended to me, and I’m so happy I had her by my side! I am so grateful to have had Ashley with me during the birth of my son. She supported me and took the time to explain all my options whenever someone from the medical team offered me an intervention, which allowed me to make informed decisions. My son’s birth was long and difficult, but it was still incredibly positive and healthy and I owe that to Ashley. I would recommend hiring Ashley as a doula to anyone giving birth!

Ashley is an amazing, experienced doula. She provided guidance throughout my birth that made it a much better experience. She brought essential oils, guided me with different positions on birthing balls, dimmed the lights and was positive and super patient throughout my labor. I chose to do an epidural and she helped me change positions in the hospital bed for the optimal birthing experience. When it came time to push, she helped a lot with my breathing to get through it. I successfully pushed without tearing!
I would definitely recommend!!
