My husband and I had an amazing experience with Lizzy! We were first time parents so everything was very new to us in terms of pregnancy, labor, postpartum. As soon as we met with Lizzy we knew we had to have her along side our journey. Lizzy met with us a few times before the birth to educate us and prepare us both for our baby's birth. The days anticipating my due date, she checked in on me almost daily. My baby was born on her due date and after my water broke at home, Lizzy joined us at the hospital. I must say the atmosphere completely changed after she arrived there. She set the mood with tea lights, soft music, made sure I was hydrating and throughout the whole birth she talked to me with the most calming words. She really was advocating for me during my whole labor. She took the most precious pictures and videos I will cherish for the rest of my life. My postpartum journey had a couple bumps and she was checking on me daily and always available to talk to me about what was going on. She also helped me give my daughter her very first bath which it was so special. Lizzy was my doula, but I know I made a friend for life. I am so very thankful for her, and I highly recommend her to anyone who is looking for a doula!

Words can't describe how perfect Lizzy was for us. I had some unexpected things come up during my pregnancy, and she was so generous with her time. I felt so much support during my pregnancy. She holds such an amazing calm space when she is with you. I remember every time she would come over for a prenatal visit, and I was left feeling so excited, peaceful, and empowered. She also gave me great tips and resources for helping me flip my breech baby at 32 weeks.

When labor started, I was checking into triage at the hospital during the transition phase of labor, and the staff didn't allow extra people in that room. I called her on the phone (she was in the waiting room), and she was the most calming, comforting presence even through the phone. I remember telling my husband, 'I just need to talk to Lizzy.' She was such a comfort to me. When we got to our delivery room, she had the space all set up with tea lights and soft music. I instantly felt relaxed and refreshed. During labor, I had lots of unexpected surprises and things to navigate. I had to change my delivery plan completely for the safety of my little one. Her support left me feeling so empowered and calm. Lizzy is such a blessing. I would 1000% recommend her to anyone, and I would have her at any of my future births! Love you, Lizzy <3

I was referred to Lizzie by my midwife and I knew within 5 minutes of our initial conversation that she would be a perfect partner to hold the space for my first birth. I knew that I wanted a peaceful, minimal intervention birth and the birth center and It was important to me to have someone to not only provide me the encouragement, support and reassurance that I needed to go deep but also to hold that same space for my husband - to support him, answer questions and offer ideas on how to show up for me in the moment. The prep appointments with Lizzie helped both of us feel more comfortable and prepared to do this together. She helped walk us through our decisions and questions with such grace and humor. During the actual birth she was a dream. She knew when to offer what, from water to back rubs to different positions - I never had to verbalize or feel dumb she just knew how To hold the space. She was such a steady touchstone to me as I entered labor land and I can say with certainty I could not have had such a beautiful, peaceful and smooth birth without her. I will forever be grateful for her presence on the day that changed my life. I will absolutely be having her with us for baby #2.

Our experience with Lizzy was phenomenal. She is caring, supportive, knowledgeable, thorough and personable through the late pregnancy, birth, and postpartum/ birth processing periods! She supported all of our plans and helped us navigate when some of the plans had to change in the moment - could not recommend Lizzy enough.

Where do I even start with my experience with Lizzy! She was one of the first people along my journey with my second pregnancy to make me feel so safe, heard and validated. I had a difficult first pregnancy, miscarriages and some anxiety in general about going through it all again but with lizzy I felt like no matter what came my way I had a wonderful support system. She came over and we had a blast together making a birth plan, she showed me exercises and even helped me when my baby was breech for weeks on end. It was her recommendation for acupuncture that finally got my baby flipped in time to avoid another c-section. Though my labor happened faster than anticipated she rushed to the hospital and helped me direct my thoughts and breath, was updating my husband on what was happening and advocating for my birth plans to the medical team. I'm forever grateful for her serving heart and that she was apart of this redeeming pregnancy and birth for me. ♥?

This was my second child, my second placenta encapsulation, but my first time having Lizzy perform this service for me. She was amazing. I loved being able to connect with her early on to go over her process and any questions I had. Any communication we had, she was always very responsive and clear. When time came closer to my delivery she checked in with us, and I appreciated that she had communication with my husband as well, since my mind would be preoccupied elsewhere when having my baby. She made the handoff of the placenta seemless, and even delivered the pills back to me at the hospital so that I could start taking them as soon as possible. Overall, she was very kind and professional. I can't recommend her enough. To top it off, I do feel like her prices are affordable and reasonable.

Lizzy was hands down the best decision I could have ever made for my birth experience. I had a traumatic first birthing experience during COVID, so I had a lot to work through going into my second birth. Lizzy was patient, kind, understanding and an amazing listening ear when it came to processing my last birth and creating an approach for my second birth. When I went into labor, Lizzy was there every step of the way during my hospital birth. She believed in me and supported my husband and I in every decision we made. I had the most redemptive and peaceful birth experience with Lizzy by my side and I would do it all over again if I had to. Hire her, you won't regret it!

I hired Lizzy because I really wanted to have the support of a doula going into a natural + unmedicated birth. Her support and guidance throughout my labor was amazing. I genuinely do not think I could have done it without her and my husband working as a team to support me. I highly recommend hiring Lizzy. She's knowledgeable and kind, encouraging in all the right ways, respects your boundaries, and is your biggest cheerleader. I loved having her!!!

We hired Lizzy for our first pregnancy and this was no doubt the best decision we could have made for our birth! She is very reliable, kind, easy to get along with, and clearly has so much experience in what she does. She began working with us early on in the process and provided exceptional resources, guidance, and education during our pre-delivery meetings. She covered information that was not taught in our hospital birth class and answered all of questions leading up to the big day. We felt confident, as much as a new parent can, about our birthing plans because she would be by our side. When she was on call for us, she was literally available 24/7, and responded very quickly. We ended up needing an induction, and Lizzy was able to walk us though the process, guiding us with our changing plan. She was genuinely a joy to have in the room with us during our long induction process. When it came time for delivery, she showed up in the middle of the night and provided so much comfort with positioning, pain-control, and massage therapy (Not to be forgotten, the emotional comfort!). She has the touch of an experienced mom, knowing exactly what you need and when. My husband was so grateful to have Lizzy there, especially as she coched him how to best support a laboring mama. It was so special to have her there and she greatly contributed to having the beautiful birth I always wanted. I cannot recommend Lizzy enough!!

The first initial meeting with Lizzy I hired her on the spot with no hesitation! She truly loves what she does and believes that every birth is sacred. She cared so deeply about me as a mother, my husband as a father, our baby and the birth I dreamed of having! She is so passionate about making sure your birth experience is positive and that you have the right support throughout the entire process. Every appointment she educated us on every.little.detail which truly set us up for success going into it. She not only supported me but made sure my husband was equipped and ready (something that isn’t talked about much- husbands need to be prepared for labor and birth!). I strongly believe a doula is a MUST for every birth! Someone to talk you through each contraction, remind you to breathe and relax, offer counter pressure, pull your hair back, get you into the right optimal positions to deliver your baby - and so much more! We absolutely love Lizzy and will have her apart of all of our future births! By far the best decision we made with our birth process was hiring her!

We hired Lizzy to be the doula for my first birth and it is one of the best decisions we've ever made. I was able to have an unmedicated hospital birth and I really believe it would not have been possible without having Lizzy by my side! Being a first time mom, the prenatal appointments were so helpful to prepare us in understanding what to expect at the hospital and to ensure our preferences were met once we were there. Lizzy coached me through every contraction, rubbing my back and providing me with the words of encouragement I needed during one of the most physical and emotional events of my life. She made the experience so calming and relaxing, also helping tto take the pressure off of my husband. We will be hiring Lizzy to be at all our future births and would highly recommend her as your doula!

Knowing I planned on a having an unmedicated VBAC in a hospital, I wanted to have a doula on my birth team that would be an advocate and support for me. Inviting Lizzy into my sacred space of birth was one of the best decisions I ever made. I honestly would not have had the positive experience I had without Lizzy. Not only was my birth plan advocated for and upheld, but I felt safe with her by my side, even though we had just met for the first time just a few weeks prior. I experienced a long labor that Lizzy patiently persevered with me throughout. Whenever I had a moment of doubt or fear, Lizzy reminded me of what my body is capable of and the affirmations I prepared. Her emotional support was so life-giving. She also tenderly guided my husband in how he could support me, which was much appreciated by both of us. If I were to have another pregnancy, I would hire Lizzy again in a heartbeat!

Lizzy was absolutely phenomenal!! She came over numerous times when I was pregnant. We went over various positions I may want to be in and different pain management techniques. I asked her so many questions and never felt judged for my opinions. She helped to make sure we had a backup plan that I was comfortable with if we had to be transferred to the hospital. The birth went perfectly and I couldn't have done it without her! She applied pressure to my back and coached me through the birth. It was peaceful and relaxed and went even better than I could have imagined. I can't recommend her enough! I will absolutely be using her for future babies.

I'm so grateful for Lizzy. Thanks to her, my birth experience was a positive one. Growing up I feared the pain associated with childbirth, but Lizzy prepared me in a such a way that I looked forward to the experience. I can honestly say that I had fun birthing my first child because of Lizzy's doula services.

Lizzy always had a bright and happy attitude, brought tons of material to our prenatal meetings, and she was right by my side in the delivery room when my daughter arrived 4 weeks early. Her easy-going demeanor really helped me feel comfortable discussing my pregnancy, and she even helped my husband feel at ease as he became a father. If you want a doula who is genuinely excited about childbirth, knowledgeable, non-judgementabl, kind, dependable with a comforting presence, I couldn't recommend Lizzy enough!

With Covid and the uncertainty of the world, I wasn't sure it made sense to hire a doula for my second birth, given it wasn't my first time. However, from the first conversation I had with Lizzy I knew it was a good choice. She was very knowledgeable about all things pregnancy, labor and birth and was brimming with resources customized for my needs. I felt her preparation throughout my third trimester was more comprehensive and thorough than the experience I'd had with my first baby. I had no doubts I'd be supported along the way. Lizzy was always happy to text with me with my random thoughts and questions. When it came to my labor and birth, Lizzy arrived ready to go at my induction and jumped right in with the perfect supports including candles for the bathroom and strong hip squeezes. She was great to assist my husband and I in talking through each decision and there to support us as my labor took a different course than expected. No birthing person should be without a doula, no matter how they choose to bring their baby into the world, and Lizzy is an excellent choice. We are so thankful for her services!

I hired Lizzy late into my pregnancy, around 35 weeks, after having poor experiences with previous medical providers. She was amazing right from the start, was sensitive to my experiences, and was a wealth of information. I am a first time parent so I asked a LOT of questions and she always provided me with an abundance of resources. Even postpartum Lizzy made herself available and answered numerous questions and concerns.

My labor was about 44 hours and she was a crucial part of my support team. She came over to my home and helped me through my contractions as they progressed while my partner got some rest. Once we arrived at the birthing center she made sure my partner and I had everything we needed, food, water, etc. My delivery was a marathon and she had a calming yet encouraging presence. I was completely and utterly exhausted towards the end but Lizzy and the rest of my team gave me the strength I needed to power through. After guiding us through 24 hours of my 44 hour labor, Lizzy’s endurance allowed her to be there when our son had finally come earth-side!

Lizzy went above and beyond during my pregnancy, during my delivery, and postpartum. My partner and I were so grateful to have found her and we’re so glad that she was able to be a part of such a special time in our lives.

We loved working with Lizzy! She was communicative, assertive while still being a calming and friendly presence. She was responsive, knowledgeable, and overall we enjoyed the time we spent with her. While my birth this time around was relatively short and straightforward, we were still glad to have her there to help and be in our corner! We'd definitely recommend her!

I hired Lizzy late into my pregnancy, around 35 weeks, and instantly felt so comfortable with her. She has such a happy personality and warm smile. She was made for doula work! Before my labor, she gave me resources for my labor and postpartum. The postpartum resources were especially helpful, because I was very nervous of being a mom of two and needed all the help I could get when it came to navigating that new chapter of my life! With every worry and concern, she listened and waited to give advice until I asked. She was empathetic and understanding. I was very particular in the type of support I wanted because my first birth was traumatic. She treated my birth as sacred, which it was. She did exactly what I asked during my labor and was very intuitive. I needed a lot of counter pressure and she never gave up on that! After birthing my sweet boy, he needed some resuscitation. I was overwhelmed when that happened, but Lizzy reassured me that he would be fine and that everything was ok. That meant the world to me. After my birth, she cleaned up (it was a home birth) and made sure I was comfortable and fed. She was the perfect doula to bring on my birth team. Its amazing what happens when you have supportive people in your birth space - you feel connected for life. I am so grateful that I had Lizzy in my sacred space and that we are connected for life! If you’re wondering if you should hire her… DO IT. You won’t regret it!

We had an amazing experience with Lizzy as our doula. During our prenatal visit she provided us with comfort measures my husband could do during early labor and was very knowledgeable when it came to answering all of our questions. At my second prenatal visit we knew I had a posterior baby and lizzy helped me get into positions that could get him to flip around. 
During labor Lizzy was very attentive and did a great job making sure I was comfortable by applying the counter pressure I needed/helping me change positions. She even reminded me to eat and stay hydrated, which I really appreciated. I highly recommend Lizzy to anyone that is searching for a doula. She has a great personality and is very easy to get along with. You can tell being a doula is a passion of hers.

Lizzy was my Doula for my second birth, which I was trying for a VBAC! I was in my third trimester when I decided that i really needed extra support due to my first hospital experience with my first and my anxiety build up due to Covid. Lizzy came to my rescue and supported me along the way. She helped me feel more confident in preparing for pre-labor and how to get labor started! She met my needs and was open minded and relatable to my past c-section experience. She is very knowledgable in natural remedies that are awesome and all helped so much! Lizzy was very responsive and a great communicator during my entire at home process and she was there for me right when I needed her during labor and birth. I had a successful VBAC at the hospital and gave birth to a healthy 9 lb baby! It was a amazing experience, and I truly would not have been able to do it without Lizzy my Doula by my side. Lizzy is Positive, Professional, Empowers Mamas, and one of the sweetest Doulas!
