Kristen was both my fertility & birth doula.  She is so kind and thoughtful through both processes.  She made it easy to track my cycles when I kind of felt overwhelmed with doing the whole thing (since I was also living the toddler mom life.)
She was an absolute gem at my son's birth!  I had a very long labor due to my water breaking a month early and she encouraged me throughout the whole thing.  Once the pitocin hit harder, she kept me relaxed and helped me re-focus when I lost concentration.  The midwife had me on pitocin until he was born, so I was having difficult contractions on top of each other towards the end.  Kristen was amazing the whole time & definitely made it easier to reach my goal of birthing my son without an epidural.
Not only was she incredible at helping me through the labor and delivery, she also made sure to work with my husband.  Made sure he was eating & resting when able so that he could help me during the most difficult parts. We are both so happy we had her as our doula and recommend her over and over again!
