Clients per month: 0 to 1 births and 0 to 3 postpartum families

Postpartum limits/restrictions: I am happy to assist with your postpartum needs, especially breastfeeding, providing emotional support, and connecting you to any postpartum services. I can provide light cleaning, housework, and childcare to allow time for your self-care, and I am open to overnight stays for feeding assistance and support.

I have a background in perinatal mental health, including my Perinatal Mental Health Certification through Postpartum Support International. I completed an additional birth doula training with Brattleboro Memorial Hospital. I have also attended online trainings with Empty Arms Bereavement as well as a Sacred Plant Medicine at End-of-Life training with Conscious Dying Collective.

Fee Details

I operate on a sliding scale depending on your postpartum needs. Lower rates for general support and higher rate for overnights.
