Denita is the kind of doula that feels like family. She's so personable and genuine. My husband and I enjoyed her in-home visits so much we didn't want them to end. We loved that she pairs her research with personal experience and tailors her delivery to her audience. Nothing was off limits to discuss and I never felt shamed for not knowing something or asking a "silly" question. She's an absolute sweetheart but is firm and direct when advocating for you with hospital staff. I trusted her with my first pregnancy and would absolutely have her as my doula again!

Having Denita as our doula was great and a much needed resource. She helped my husband and I make informed decisions about our birth preferences. I am most appreciative for her calm spirit, expertise, and support that helped us navigate this journey. 

I highly recommend Denita to be your go-to doula who can coach and comfort you through pregnancy, labor, and postpartum.

Denita was a great help to my wife and myself during our first pregnancy ..She helped me as a husband with providing information and resources on how I can help and support my wife through pregnancy all the way through postpartum .. Her services are greatly appreciated and we will be using her for the next little one!

Denita was an awesome Doula she helped me and my husband bring our first child into this world . As first time parents she provided a lot of resources and information about preparing for birth and postpartum . We enjoyed her personable yet professional approach . She made my labor and delivery experience very calming , she was an advocate for my comfort and health during times when the hospital staff was not . We will defiantly use her services for baby #2 !

If my husband and I did not have Denita by our side during my pregnancy with my daughter, I’m not sure if we would have made it through safely. I had a high-risk pregnancy and Denita was so thorough and compassionate every step of the way. Not only was she considerate of my wants and feelings, but she was also extremely knowledgeable and gave me the much the needed confidence I needed to always make the best decisions for me and my baby girl. I especially love that she was always readily available to answer any questions or concerns I would have, and she made me, and my family feel like a priority. Once our daughter was born it was also extremely helpful to have her around during many of those after birth experiences. Our daughter had RSV two weeks after her birth, and it was the hardest time of our lives with having to spend several nights in the hospital. Denita was there to help see us through such a difficult and scary situation. Her time, knowledge, and compassion are unmatched. Having a doula was the best decision we could have made. Even if people aren’t sure whether they need a doula, don’t hesitate.  The entire experience, along with the peace of mind during your pregnancy and post-partum is beyond worth it. This experience and what I gained from it was so helpful for this pregnancy and that of my other two as well. She also helped with sibling care, allowing my husband to fully support me without us worrying about our two older children.

Working with Doula Denita was almost as life changing as bringing my little girl into the world. That's a big statement but it really does describe my experience with her and how much she helped me prepare and during the labor process. Going into this pregnancy i could have never imagined doing it during a pandemic but denita helped me prepare and i felt just as supported virtually as i could have in person. Denita is warm, nurturing, extremely knowledgeable and a pleasure with work with.

My experience with Denita was amazing! This was my first birth and baby came much earlier than expected, and Denita was there as soon as I needed her. She also prepared me with a lot of information beforehand and assisted me with looking for hospitals. She was prepared to help with any and everything and it was truly a blessing! She was very patient when our birth plan changed and reassured me through the process. She gave me different options to help with my contractions and was very nurturing. I truly wouldn't have made it through without her.
