Hiring Taylar to be my doula was the best decision! I searched around North Jersey and could not find a doula that I felt I aligned with enough to be with me at my most vulnerable and most important day of my life. I somehow stumbled upon Taylar and even though she was 1.5hr drive from me, it still felt like she was the only doula for us. During my pregnancy she was there for all the ups and downs, always just a text and phonecall away to discuss and ease any of my worries and to celebrate in the joys! When it came to the birth, I definitely waited longer than I should to call my birth team :) That being said, Taylar left as soon as she got the call and even though she was far away, met us at Our Birthing Center just in time for baby to be born. After birth was when I felt like I truly needed her by my side and that she was. I had a slight hemorage and very much wanted to avoid as many interventions in that as possible, she rubbed Cypress on some acupuncture points that settle bleeding and that is exactly what it did. 

Taylars presence is just such a comfort. She will feel like your sister and your best friend the second you meet her. And that is exactly what/who you want by your side during your pregnancy and birth.

We were truly blessed to have Taylar as my postpartum doula from day 1 with our newborn! I found her guidance in preparing for the arrival of our little one incredibly helpful. Taylar shared practical tips and tricks that made us feel well-prepared when the baby finally arrived. She had a natural intuition, always tuned in to our family's needs, especially mine and my newborn's. Taylar was consistently a step ahead, ensuring we were nourished and taken care of as we navigated the challenges of having a newborn.

In the beginning, I was struggling with not producing enough milk, and there were times I felt defeated. However, Taylar's wealth of knowledge and wisdom was a constant source of support. She continuously shared insights, offered a wholesome perspective, and reminded me of how amazing I was doing. With her milk-boosting treats, gentle and caring nature, I gradually increased my milk supply. Taylar was not just a doula; she was a cheerleader, celebrating every little win we achieved as a team.

When it came to caring for my newborn, Taylar worked her magic touch to calm her every single time. From establishing a healthy sleep/feed structure to reading baby cues, she was a true baby whisperer. I was initially apprehensive about giving my baby her first bath, but Taylar, like a pro, took over and made everything seem easy and soothing for everyone.

She created enjoyable, soothing, and happy memories for our family—memories that we'll cherish forever. We are forever grateful that our paths crossed, and if you choose to hire her, you'll undoubtedly feel the same way. Trust me; it's the best decision you'll make as you embark on your new journey to motherhood.

We couldn’t be happier with our decision to work with Taylar Made Care. Taylar Klecan is a consummate professional, a fountain of knowledge, and a profoundly calming, reassuring, and relaxing force in the hectic, and often overwhelming post-partum period.

Pregnant with our first child, we admittedly didn’t know much about the “Doula” and “Post-Partum Care” world going into this experience. What exactly would a post-partum doula do? And what would we need? But Taylar worked patiently and generously with us throughout the process to fine tune a schedule that worked well as we transitioned from the first few weeks of double parental leave (mother and father at home) to a solo caretaker day-in and day-out (once dad went back to work). 

In addition to our schedule of overnights every other night and occasional day-time support, Taylar was always available to answer questions and quell fears. Was our daughter eating enough? Why was she fussing? Might another type of bottle work better? Any tips for mom to cope with breastfeeding challenges? Taylar can answer it all.

We would, and have, recommended Taylar to every pregnant couple we know and consider ourselves lucky to have found such a wonderful guide through our first few months of parenthood. We are confident she will remain a friend of the family for many years to come.

Taylar was my doula when I gave birth to my daughter in September of 2020. She was my saving grace throughout my pregnancy and after birth. Being pregnant for the first time during a pandemic was scary and I honestly don't think I would have been able to do it without Taylar. She answered every question I had at anytime throughout my pregnancy. She helped ease my mind on more than one occasion. She was there for my labor which was a blessing because I was only allowed to have my partner in the room. Neither one of us knew what to expect and having Taylar there made the experience so much better. Taylar is so knowledgeable in what she does and really takes the time to help you with anything she can. She's so patient and kind and I would recommend her to anyone who is having a baby! I will definitely be using her again for my next baby!
