I knew i wanted to work with Erin as soon as i met her and interviewed her. I delivered my first baby with Erin's help in March. It was a three day labor process with many twists and turns that eventually ended in a healthy vaginal birth. During some of the most challenging parts of my labor, both emotionally and physically, Erin provided excellent support and care. Her skills included an in-depth knowledge of positioning, counter pressure techniques, and natural pain management interventions, but she offered so much more. Erin's timing was impeccable, she read the room and inticipated my needs without any coaching or requesting on my part. Erin provided support and guidance to my entire birth team including my sister, husband, and midwives. She knew when to be present and when to fall back. She was kind, fully invested in my safety and agency, and so clearly loves her role as a doula. I can't say enough about her positive impact on my birthing experience. With her help I felt prepared, supported,  cared for, and loved. My husband and i have stated many many times in reflecting on the birthing experience that she was INSTRUMENTAL in the success of our birth. I would recommend her to any family that wants to have excellent and skilled care. She's simply the best.

I didn't even think about getting a doula until I was 32 weeks along when I switched from an OB to a midwife. I am so glad I did! Having that support there for me was amazing. Erin was very quick with her reply in taking me on as a client and made me feel like we were friends.

This was my first pregnancy and I tried to prepare best I could with only having online and book resources (thanks to covid). I took a hypnobirthing class and loved it. I was glad to find out Erin was well versed in that birthing education. She gave us things to work on with our pre-birth meetings and made me feel very comfortable.

Erin was great with availability as I was due right around a big holiday she always reassured me she would be around whenever I needed her. Counter pressures were my one of my saving graces during labor and she was great at reading me and jumping in exactly when she needed to. Sadly we weren’t able to have her in the hospital so she helped me labor at home for as long as I felt was needed and she taught my husband a lot of techniques that he could use once we got to the hospital.

The postpartum visits and communication was very helpful. I don’t know if any woman can truly be prepared all that postpartum brings. It was supper helpful to have somebody there letting me know what was normal and tangible advise from everything from sleep, to engorgement, to tips for perineal healing and appropriate pelvic floor exercises.  Erin was a fantastic doula and I will definitely be using her for our next baby and would recommend her to any of my friends and family.

We loved working with Erin! She helped calm and ease my fears as a first time mom and empowered me so much. I also so appreciated how much she helped my husband prepare to be the best coach. She educated and inspired us both to be prepared for the coming of our son. I felt comfortable asking Erin all of the personal questions that come with pregnancy, birth and postpartum. Like all births, some unexpected things happened when our baby came and I was so relieved that Erin prepared us for all of the outcomes. I felt like I could make smart choices based on what she taught us. I would recommend Erin to anyone looking for a partner and educator in their birth journey!

Hiring Erin gave me the confidence to have my third baby without an epidural, something I wouldn't have attempted without her support. Erin was a pillar of calm during the stress of an unexpected change in hospitals in the last week of pregnancy. I was so glad to have her there for the birth, especially since the on-call doctor and hospital were unfamiliar to me. Her preparation and expertise helped me stay in control when labor proceeded way faster than I anticipated. 

We loved working with Erin and my husband and I consider this our best birth experience yet!

I absolutely loved working with Erin! She is so knowledgeable and supportive. This was my third birth and my first going unmedicated. I was nervous because I was being induced, but Erin helped me stay confident and kept me going. She was fantastic at staying in touch and answering questions. She always checked in. I was grateful that she had me meet the back up doula; definitely gave me peace of mind in case something happened and Erin couldn't make it. I'm so glad I had Erin as my doula! She kept a record of milestones during labor and gifted it to me to help me remember! I am so glad she did that because I have a hard time remember all of it! Erin is such a great support and doula!
