Here is what a client named Sarah Hamby has to say about working with Brittany:

Brittany has been the biggest blessing to my little family! She was recommended to me by my midwives and there’s a reason shes one of their favorite doulas. I interviewed a couple women before Brittany, but the moment I met her I knew she’d be a perfect fit, and she was! Having her be a part of my labor was amazing. She was the encouraging voice in my ear I so desperately needed. From the moment I signed the contract, she was there to answer all of my embarrassing questions, and trust me there were a lot! Brittany was so helpful with her encouraging words and soft tone, she knew exactly what to say to keep me on track mentally. This girl did so much more than I expected.. obviously I knew she’d have prenatal meetings with us to prep for labor and she’d be there during the actual labor, but what I didn’t expect is how involved she was postpartum! Such an overwhelming first couple hours with our newborn and she was there for literally anything we needed. I had no idea how much I would need someone to help me through that first trip to the bathroom after labor.. Brittany held me up, literally and figuratively! Brittany has become a precious friend of mine and I thank God for bringing her into my life in such a delicate time. She is exactly what I needed as a doula, worth every penny and much more!

Here is what a client named emily cavey has to say about working with Lindsay:

Lindsay was an attentive and respectful doula throughout my birth journey. Her professionalism and informative approach were invaluable, providing guidance from prenatal to postpartum. Even though she lived in Columbia and I lived in Charleston, her excellent communication and timeliness ensured a smooth and empowered experience. Lindsay also provided lactation guidance postpartum that was integral to our successful breastfeeding journey. She even provided placental encapsulation and the overall process was seemless. Lindsay is extremely knowledgable in so many areas of prenatal, birth, and postpartum care. I highly recommend Lindsay to anyone seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable doula.

Here is what a client named Alex has to say about working with Kala Grant &:

Kala and Sadie were absolutely amazing! We met several times prior to the birth to get to know each other better and to discuss pain management techniques, hopes for the birth, and contingency plans. They not only helped me work through some of my fears/concerns about the birth process but were an incredible source of support for my husband both leading up to and during the birth. They were so intentional about asking us what we wanted out of the birth experience and what kind of supports we wanted in place. They did not pressure us to pursue any particular course of action and took a very client-centered approach to working with us. In addition to helping us structure our birth plan and think through postpartum care, they also discussed tips for nutrition and movement (Kala even brought me tea and gluten-free baked goods on several occasions!). I am so grateful I had Kala there during the birthing process. She was so supportive and helped me and my husband get through the really tough parts of labor. She also made sure to create space for me when interacting with medical personnel, giving me time to process the information I was receiving and make informed decisions, and helped me stay hydrated and nourished, giving me water and bone broth. She also created a very calming and even magical environment, hanging fairy lights above my bed and bringing a night light that made nature sounds. Afterwards she came to visit me at home to check how I was doing and to bring me an herbal sitz bath mixture. Both she and Sadie came to see me after the birth and were in frequent communication. Even weeks after the birth when I had questions, I would reach out to them and they would respond right away. Sadie and Kala were so compassionate and generous with their time and energy. Should my husband and I decide to have another child, I will certainly me reaching out to them again to help me through the birthing process.
