Omg where do I even start the whole experience was phenomenal! I was not too sure if a midwife or doula was best for my homebirth situation and I had a wonderful friend recommend janelle she literally took time to explain the difference and the benefits of doulas. She was very open and supportive of home birth!! She was very accommodating when the home birth didnt work out she is beyond AMAZING her visits taught me so much about pregnancy birth and beyond ! Her help and support in breastfeeding helped me so much that I made it further then with any of my prior children... we bonded and even became friends it was all I could of ever asked for and more I highly recommend janelle and her services!!!

Mine and my families experience with Janelle was amazing!!! From the very first visit we knew we wanted to hire her. She is very informative, compassionate, knowledgeable, intuitive, and empathetic.
She had my back from the very beginning, always making sure I was standing my ground and making sure that my labor and birth went exactly how I wanted it to. She listened, and helped me not only with labor and birth stuff but real life and stress stuff. 
She quickly became part of the family. 
She helped me cope with contractions by hip squeezing and talking me through them, reminding me to relax my face and make low sounds, by pouring water on my lower back when I was in transition, by rubbing my thighs when I didn't know how to help the pain. She is all around an amazing human. 
I will hands down recommend Janelle to any person having a baby!!!

Absolutely hands down recommend Janelle to any mama to be, my birthing experience was so amazing thanks to her support and my partner, they were so in sync with each other and did so well to keep me focused on our babies arrival. Even with some unexpected hold ups I am and will forever be grateful for the entire home birthing experience so worthwhile and Janelle brought so much to the table to help, I adore her spirit and caring heart. We absolutely adore her!

Now, three months PP, Janelle was and continues to be an absolute invaluable asset and remains to be, she is like family in our eyes. I was capable to have the spiritually awakening, mind changing experience in birth I only ever dreamed of. My bond with my special girl is even stronger thanks to the support and confidence Janelle shows moms. 

Her passion for birth and mothers is astounding!

I literally love Janelle! Even though we had a short amount of time to work together she helped me work through my pain! She kept me focused, checked in with me and continuously told me that I can do this! She's super friendly, funny and just good to be around! Thank you for being apart of my labor and delivery!

Janelle is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! I am convinced that is should be a requirement for all expecting mothers to have a doula. Janelle completely made my labor experience one that I will forever remember!!! I met Janelle when I was about 34 or 37 weeks I can’t remember lol I just know I was super close to being full term. Immediately Janelle and I connected. She is extremely professional and personable at the same time. Extremely passionate about child birth, Janelle made sure that I was well educated about the labor process and what to expect. This woman is everything! One of the things I appreciate about her is the fact that she took the time to figure out what I wamted out of my birthing experience and gave me just that. She is extremely flexible and super positive. She does a great job at changing the narrative around labor and encourages the idea of natural birth.
The goal for my birth was to see through a water birth and I was very ADAMANT on having little to no pain medication. About 12 hours into labor I was physically and mentally exhausted. It was in this moment I knew a water birth was not likely and had to break the news to Janelle that I had decided to get an epidural. Janelle was very supportive of my decision and made me feel very comforted, knowing I felt like I had disappointed her. She was there every step of the way, from pregnancy to postpartum. This women is absolutely amazing f and I know for a FACT I will be using her again when I decided to have another little one ( long while before that happens again lol)
I HIGHLY recommend Janelle to any expecting mothers who is looking to have a supported birthing experience mentally, physically and emotionally. ??

First off, Thank you Janelle for everything you helped us with during the entire laboring process, from coming over to help clean up to the false alarm we had. You're just so damn good at what you do.

If you're looking for someone who is the embodiment of what a true Doula is, you shouldn't look any further.

Whether or not you're a naturalist who believes in a total holistic birth, or someone who has a scheduled induction/ceserian, Janelle would be an amazing addition to you and your entire birthing team/experience. 

She really believes in the natural power of the female body and it's incredible ability to bring life into this world. She's so very supportive, yet never overstepped a boundary. She's always around when you need her, but never over-bearing. In our experience, I personally couldn't have asked for a better Doula to have join us on this amazing Journey. 

So look no further for someone who will make your birthing experience as comfortable and stress-free as possible.

I reached out to Janelle about a month and a half before my due date. I was wanting an all natural birth and I could tell she was very educated on the topic and I was just absorbing all the information I could. We met up and instantly I felt a great connection! We had multiple meetings before baby arrived, she was always available to me for any questions I had and was so helpful in my pregnancy. She never made me feel stupid or uncomfortable, when I had false labor she was by my side and helped me figure out what was going on. She reminded me of the positivity when I was feeling negative. She was very attentive to my emotional needs and was like a sister I could rely on! During my labor she knew what to do before I even knew what I needed, from beginning to end she was encouraging and right by my side. Even into post partum I know I have a lifelong friend who is so caring and compassionate! I could not have asked for a better doula and friend. I feel honored that I was able to have her at my birth And I highly recommend Janelle to everyone looking for a doula!

I have reached out to Janelle as I was having some troubles and complications this time around postpartum. She reassured me on concerns I had and helped me tremendously with adapting on how to pump correctly (who knew that even was a thing! I sure didn’t until I ended up causing damage to myself with the wrong sizes). She is trust worthy and well educated.
