Jenny was a God send! I knew I needed/wanted help as all of my family is out of state, and I had no idea how correct that need would be when I gave birth. Jenny was incredibly helpful in preparing me for birth with resources, exercises, breathing techniques, suggested classes and other helpful tips, which made my time up until birth empowering and had me feeling very prepared. As I ended up being induced and my plans going mostly out the window, Jenny kept me on track and feeling more in control than I felt I could have been. What could have been a disaster yielded an incredible birth story and experience and I'm so thankful God sent me Jenny! She really is the best!

Jenny was absolutely wonderful to work with from day 1!  I can't say enough good things about her!  Out of all the services we invested in for our natural birth, she was the our best investment by far.  Jenny was invaluable helping us prepare and then the day of our birth she was soo great helping us navigate a stressful transfer to the hospital where we had to deal with all the situations we had been trying to avoid.  She stayed with us from 9am Friday to about 3:30 am the next day which was above and beyond. If you are not sure if you need a doula or not- I will say it was more than worth it for us.

If you’re wanting a unmedicated birth and are looking for a doula, Jenny is who you need to hire.A family member recommended Jenny to me after the amazing experience she had with her birth having.Jenny as her doula.I reached out to Jenny when I was 27 weeks pregnant.We spent an hour or so on the phone and speaking to her I instantly felt comfortable seeing how knowledgeable she was with everything related to birth.During our conversation she explained from A-Z what a doula is and does. We set up an in person home visit around 30 weeks and another visit around 37 weeks.During those visits she showed me exercises,breathing techniques,explained the importance of posture,told me what i should be eating and drinking for a shorter&easier labor.And let me tell you,she was right!During our visits Jenny listened and answered to every question&concern I had.Jenny truly cares about giving you the birth experience you want to achieve.We went over a birth plan for me&my baby girl and she was able to put it all together for me and also was an amazing advocate for us at the hospital.At 40 weeks&2 days I was able to deliver my baby girl unmedicated with her help.Jenny was with us in the hospital all night throughout my labor and mind you,she had 2 labors right before mine and still managed to be with me all night.She encouraged me to use the hot tub in my hospital suite and the TENS unit she provided to help with my contractions.Jenny had basically not slept for over 24 hours and after I had my baby girl she took the time to stay with us and followed up with us after the birth a couple times to check in on us.Jenny is a literal ANGEL.She comes with so much knowledge and experience and she truly cares so much.She went above and beyond for me and made my birth such a beautiful experience.I will be recommending Jenny to literally everyone I know!

As a first time mom, I had no idea what to expect going into labor and delivery. I wanted someone by my side 24/7 that could help my husband and I understand what was happening and enjoy the experience. Jenny was the perfect person to lead us through this. Jenny was with us in the hospital all night throughout my labor. She encouraged me to take advantage of the bathtub in my hospital suite and the TENS unit she provided to overcome my contractions and have the natural birth I wanted. When the nurses made their wishes known, Jenny explained my options to me and advocated for me. I came out of my birthing experience with a positive feeling and will be forever grateful to her.

From the moment we met, I knew Jenny would be my girl to lean on during the most painful (and beautiful) moment of a woman's life- labor and delivery. The plan was an all natural delivery but due to complications and talk of a possible c section, I opted for an epidural. Still with an epidural, baby was  in distress and talk of a C-section emerged again. But there was Jenny, ready for battle. Calmly we began to change positions in bed to help baby and my labor along and it worked!! I am SO grateful for Jenny and her expertise because I knew if she hadn't been there I would have easily ended up on an operating room table, being cut open for a c section. She was the voice of reason and determination that I needed in what became a very high stress situation. Without Jenny by my side, I never would have been able to labor as long and as hard as I did before the epidural (37 hours!). To this day, I still write to Jenny asking for advice and she has been so helpful.

My husband and I have been parents now for almost 3 months and are already talking another baby... And Jenny will be the first person I call to set up my birthing plan! I highly recommend her.

Jenny was an amazing doula and we will hire her again for our next birth. We came into hiring her a little behind the eight ball but she still spent the time we needed to get prepared. She was very respectful of our wishes and the support and advocate we needed in the delivery room. My husband was very grateful to have her as a support person throughout the labor and delivery process. She also took the time to stay with us after baby was delivered and followed up with us after the birth a couple times to check in on us. She comes with a wealth of knowledge and experience for whatever your needs are. She truly cares, has a warm personality and is very professional. You won’t regret bringing her on to your birth team.

I would 10/10 recommend Jenny and would use her again for future births.  I've delayed writing this because there aren't perfect words to describe how amazingly supportive and informative she was leading up to and during the birth. I've told friends how she was such a great advocate during the action time and helped me achieve the natural birth I was hoping for. During the process I felt much more confident having her there as well as empowered and cared for. Thanks again Jenny!! You rock, couldn't have done it without you! ?? ??

Having Jenny as my doula will forever remain close to my heart when it comes to great moments in my life. I had became pregnant with my second child when my daughter was only 2 months old. I was so preoccupied with her that I spent little time preparing for the second baby’s arrival until the end of my second trimester. Soon as I realized I wanted a different birth experience with my second I started to look for a doula. I had found Jenny’s website off a birthing center’s recommendation list and left it open on my safari tabs for a few days and then my Bradley method instructor also recommended her to me! Once this happened I quickly called! From the first conversation she made me feel very calm and comfortable. She was full of knowledge and compassion. Her voice is soothing and you genuinely feel very cared about, as if you are with someone you’ve known your entire life. She made my birth everything I had not felt during my first and I will never birth without her ever again! Not only was she amazing before or during my birth, but as I recover at home this is something I didn’t even think about until I was writing this but my PP recovery seems easier than before because my mind body and soul were taken care during the entire experience.

I discovered Jenny through a Google search after I called and left a message to the doula my midwife recommended. Jenny was on the phone with me for about an hour or so walking me through what exactly a doula is and the what it entails to have one during a birth. She told me she'd be able to meet me at my house later that week (very prompt and attentive to my needs). Jenny met with me at around 36 weeks (thankfully she made time for me so late in my pregnancy). My baby decided to come at 37 weeks and 6 days. During that visit Jenny showed me some exercises, told me the importance of posture, and let me know what to eat and drink for a shorter and easier labor. WAS SHE RIGHT!!! I was able to deliver my baby unmedicated with her help (breathing exercises, positions) and the Tens Machine!!! My husband was extremely supportive during my labor, and Jenny helped guide him on what to do to help me with labor. We went over an extensive birth plan for me and baby and she was a big advocate for us at the hospital especially when shift change occurred and the new nurses took over. Jenny stayed with me after baby was born and while my husband went to grab us a late dinner. She handed me a blueberry muffin and fed me watermelon chunks during the golden hour so I wouldn't have to let go of my baby during that critical hour. I have recommended Jenny to at least five pregnant women and will continue doing so. I am planning on utilizing Jenny for my next pregnancy. The only thing I would change is reaching our to her early on in my pregnancy and not waiting until just before baby comes. My delivery went smoother and easier than I envisioned, and I know it happened because of my support system. My midwife loved working with Jenny so much that she now added Jenny to her recommendations list. Jenny and I have kept in touch even after my postpartum visit. She's very calm and sweet, just what you need during such a special time. I definitely recommend you reach out to Jenny.

I hired Jenny when I was planning for my 6th birth, but my first homebirth. I knew without the option for the epidural I would want as much support as I could get. Best decision I have ever made! Jenny was invaluable in managing my pain through contractions and helping me to breath through them. She gave me support and tips throughout my pregnancy to prepare my body for birth and came to visit me after to make sure things were going well. Jenny helped make my homebirth such a beautiful experience, and I honestly don't know if I could have done it without her.

It's difficult to express how grateful I am to have had Jenny as my doula. My experience with her was beyond everything I had hoped for. I decided to choose her as my doula late in pregnancy, (around 38 weeks). From the minute I started speaking to her, I knew she was a perfect match for me and I instantly felt very comfortable with her (which is something that doesn't happen often for me when meeting new people.). She was an outstanding listener, very empathic, enthusiastic, motivating, and empowering.

Jenny is extremely knowledgeable in regards to everything related to birthing. I gained an exceptional amount of knowledge from her during our prenatal sessions. She was extremely patient with me, was happy to answer any questions I had, and thoroughly explained everything!

I had a 46 hour labor that unfortunately threw a lot of unexpectedly curve balls at me. However, having Jenny at my side kept me more at ease,more prepared/informed and less stressed during my labor. Jenny went above and beyond and spent much of the time I was in labor with me! I am forever grateful that she she was my doula!

I’ll start my review by saying that I am now a mother of five. During this most recent pregnancy I decided to hire a doula for the first time (mostly because I wasn’t really aware of their existence until now) Because it was during a time of tight restrictions due to Covid, I was already 36 weeks along before I called Jenny. Even though it was super last minute, she still graciously took me on! She immediately set up a day to meet, drove to my house for our first prenatal just days after our first phone call. During the visit she went into great detail about how she could help me achieve a beautiful birth. She took the time to learn about me, my family, and all of my birthing preferences. She showed me and taught me so many knew things about birth that I was not aware of! She provided evidence based research for me to review, and built a birth plan that put all of my anxieties to rest. Her demeanor is always kind and gentle. You feel that you are hiring a true friend! As I got closer to my due date, Jenny came to my house to teach me the Miles Circuit and other very helpful stretches to prepare me and baby for labor. There was a false labor alarm that she drove all the way to the hospital for, and waited until I was discharged. She always answered all of my questions right away and made me feel at ease and ready to birth my baby. When true labor came, she beat me to the hospital haha

I highly recommend hiring Jenny to be your doula. Not only is she very knowledgeable, she is gently, sweet, and caring. I have already suggested her to a few family and friends :)

Jenny with Beautiful births by Jenny exceeded any of my expectations. I had a very traumatic first birth and didn’t want to experience that again so we hired Jenny. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was always a phone call away to answer any of my many questions. When it came time to deliver, it was easy and enjoyable. 3 pushes and he was in my arms I had a completely unmediated birth, which was my goal from the beginning. When I doubted my ability to do it she talked me through it and reminded me I can do it and it was what I wanted, yet wasn’t pushy. I was in control of my labor and delivery every part of it. If your looking to have an amazing birth Jenny is your gal! I’m so thankful we went with her! You will not be disappointed

This was my second pregnancy, I had a doula with my first, but because of covid she was not practicing, so I was nervous to start the process again with a new person, but Jenny made the transition and process easy and completely flawless. I felt so comfortable with her, and she made sure I knew she was there for anything I needed, even if it was just to vent on how miserable I was feeling. Then when it came to the actual day of my Little ones arrival, she was there by my side making sure EVERYTHING I wanted out of my birth experience was achieved, she even took pictures for me and my husband as no one was allowed in the hospital because of covid. Though we had no family there with us I felt like we did! She was Kind, Passionate, Caring and you could tell she loves what she does! Jenny will be my Doula for all my pregnancies here on out!
