Cannot thank Caty enough for her wonderful service to me during my labor delivery and unexpected hospital fiasco. We really thought it was gonna be quick and everyone would get to go home quickly. Baby was born in 3 hours after my first contraction on September 6th. She was born 7lbs 15oz and 21in long at 2:02am September 7th! She was totally healthy. Me on the other hand had some surprise complications. I was hemorrhaging and it just wouldn’t stop. So before things got scary we decided to transport from home, to the hospital. That was a long, grueling experience for everyone. Caty was by my side the whole time while Gabe was taking care of Haven (and awesomely defending me when the head OB doctor was super rude.) and with my awesome midwife, who made the best calls on my behalf while I was totally out of it lol. My birth didn’t go as planned, but God was in my corner with the best heros by my side. So grateful to be feeling better and that we’re on this side of it all now. It was beautiful.
