My husband and I had an incredible experience with Angel as our doula. We interviewed several other candidates before we finally connected with Angel, and it was evident from the moment we met her that she was our match. Angel's energy was consistently calm, compassionate, and totally grounded in a combination of education and experience. Her prenatal visits were rich and poignant. She was never rushed; always asked us important questions and it was clear that she truly cared about our answers. What we expressed as our needs or concerns were what informed Angel's every action and lesson that she left with us. She is an incredibly attuned person with a gift for the art of being a doula. Responsive and intuitive, astute and soft and fierce all in one lovely being, Angel empowered my husband and I to cross the threshold into parenthood exactly the way we wanted to. She allowed us all the space we needed to flow through the stages of labor as a unit, but she did not miss a beat when one (or both) of us needed her to come in close. I am so deeply thankful for the time that Angel spent with our family before, during, and after the birth of our daughter. She is a truly special human being with amazing talents to offer.
