I served in the medical field for over 17 plus years. My greatest passion is guiding expectant mamas through their spiritual journey. Reiki for pregnancy is a wonderful tool to help break fears and concerns related to pregnancy. I have been a reiki master for over 12 years and have expanded to teaching other doulas the same. I am also affiliated with the Doulas of Santa Clarita Valley. I have training to provide my clients with hypnobirthing techniques helping release fear-filled thoughts while allowing-in a positive flow of energy..

Fee Details
My fees include 2-3 prenatal visits. At the first visit we will discuss all the “black and whites” about birth. What you like, what you don’t like, what you’re Ok with, etc. Second visit is to go over comfort measures, breastfeeding basics and answer last minute questions. Birth day: My attendance at your baby’s birth with no time restrictions. My goal is to support you emotionally, physically and mentally. One postpartum visit a week after your baby’s birth to review the birth and answer any questions. Unlimited texts, calls or email me at anytime. For a quicker response, please text.

There are few words that will justify Erica's excellence as a doula. She was everything and more than we needed during delivery and she exceeded all our expectations of a doula. One of the biggest things was how hands on Erica was and she could read exactly when she was needed and when not. We had 2 very helpful prepartum sessions where she went through my birth plan with me, our wishes during birth, best and worst cases and how we could manage them. She also covered breastfeeding, positions for labour that my husband could help with and got a general idea of us as people and built a rapport with us. I would highly recommend Erica and I hope she will be available for any future babies that we may have.
