Our family had the utmost pleasure of working with Naomi during the pregnancy and birth of our second child. From the start, Naomi was warm and friendly and made us feel seen, heard and held as a family.  This was invaluable. Naomi made sure that she knew what our desires were for the labor and delivery and made it clear that she was a quick call or text away and that we could reach out anytime. She was so quick to respond to any question I had and was generous with her knowledge and uplifting words of encouragment. Especially towards those final days when I was very ready to have the baby on the outside, Naomi was a force of positivity and continued to communicate with tenderness. If she were to be out of town or away for any reason, she organized backup care and connected us with said person/s, which put our minds at ease. 

When it came time for the baby to arrive, Naomi was at the birth center when we needed her.  She held my hand, gave me (and my husband) words of encouragement and was a literal (and figurative) shoulder to lean on. I felt like she read the room and gave the calm, strong support that I needed to summon my own strength as I gave birth. It's hard to put into words the gratitude I have for Naomi. I would recommend her to anyone considering a doula.

We were excited to work with Naomi, and after our delivery experience, are so grateful that we found her! Before delivery Naomi's sense of intention and passion for this work were evident. She shared many helpful resources with us and took the time to get to know us and what kind of birthing experience we were hoping to have. She is very responsive and made us feel like a priority. Our delivery day was difficult, and I cannot imagine what it would have been like withouth Naomi's calm and empowering presence. She was such a support to me and my partner during intense contractions and difficult decisions. When our daughter finally joined us, Naomi captured so many amazing moments on camera, and it was wonderful to have her there to share in the joy!

 I feel so fortunate and grateful to have had Naomi as my doula for my daughter's birth. Between home visits, labor and delivery, and then in the weeks after I felt completely informed, cared for, and supported. She helped me develop a birth plan and made sure the doctor and nurses were on track. Even my husband was glad to have her support. We plan to have her as our doula for future pregnancies.
