It was such a pleasure to have Lindsay included in our birth story! She knows when to step in, has a breadth of knowledge of things to try during the birth to enhance comfort, and offers practical solutions for a healthy postpartum recovery. We were so happy that she even was able to grab a few beautiful pictures of the moment our baby arrived. Through every step of the journey, we could tell this is her passion!

I can't recommend Lindsay enough! I could tell by her calming presence over the phone that she would be a great fit. She created a safe and secure setting right from the start during pregnancy and helped me manage a 30 hour labor without pain meds for my very first pregnancy. Lindsay has such a positive encouraging presence. Her support during pregnancy was so appreciated. She was able to come to a few appointments toward the end of pregnancy and helped ease my fears around measuring small and running past my due date. Her ongoing support during labor and knowledge for labor positions and how they would help me progress was invaluable. I can't imagine laboring without her there to suggest what to do and how to manage contractions. She is a natural coach and has instinctual guidance and didn't give up on me at times when I started getting ornery. My husband really appreciated having her as his coach and I could tell that having her there gave him the confidence to be an active labor companion. I know I could have delivered in some way shape or form without her but I really can't imagine what it would have looked like without her by our side. I am beyond grateful for that Lindsay was part of my laboring experience. I felt so empowered to have her there and will carry a positive birth story with me for the rest of my life. What an amazing gift, thank you Lindsay!!

Words cannot express how amazing it was to have Lindsay by our side for the birth of our daughter and beyond !!! :) Lindsay took the time prior to our birth to come to our home, meet our pups and get aquanited with where things were in our apartment. The day of our birth she came over at 9:00 am and was with us until we delivered our baby at 12:34 am. She is a wealth of knowledge and has a healing nurturing touch and the most calming voice !! She knew exactly what both my husband and I needed that day. She showed my husband how to apply pressure to my back during a contraction and knew of many poses great for laboring in. She knew when to be right by our side and she also knew when to step away and give us our space. After the birth of our daughter Lindsay provided incredible post-pardum support which included lactation suppport, answering many questions and came over and watched our daughter for us on several occassions so we could run errands and get our dogs out. She is a gem of a person and we are very very thankful to have met her. I highly recommend her and will definately be having her as our doula if we have anymore children :)

Cheers

We had the privilege of having Lindsay attend us during the birth of our second baby.  Her calm and nurturing demeanor was a welcome presence. Lindsay was prompt and reliable in checking in the weeks leading up to, during and weeks following our son's birth to make sure we had all of the support we needed. I am grateful to Lindsay for all she did in helping us have the positive and peaceful birth I had envisioned.
