Courtney was an amazing support person my entire pregnancy. She helped me find care providers that supported my birth choices. She also answered tons of questions that I felt weren't "doctor worthy" enough to call the office and ask about. Courtney came quickly the day of labor and (thankfully) refused (politely of course) to leave when I wasn't "sure" it was labor. She's seen enough to know that we were having a baby that day. She was a very calm, soothing voice that helped me through a fairly short but extremely intense labor. We birthed at home but had to transfer to the hospital after birth for baby. She watched my toddler until our friend could pick her up and visited us in the hospital the next day to make sure we were ok and let me talk through everything that happened kind of whirlwind like at the end of labor.

My family loves Courtney! She was our birth doula & photographer. She also encapsulated my placenta which I 100% recommend. My placenta saved me about a week or so postpartum, my anxiety was through the roof along with ppblues, I started taking my placenta and it helped a ton. I still take it when my hormones are getting crazy or my anxiety is bad. Courtney was an amazing doula. Saved me so many pointless trips to the E.R. That first time moms usually freak out over. She was always there at any time I needed her. She’s is very servant hearted & extremely knowledgeable. She will be on my birth team again & again in the future. I am 13 months postpartum & she is still there whenever I need her with any questions or even just to talk. Her prices are very reasonable and totally worth the support & a life long friend.??

Courtney was invited to my home birth, and I couldn’t be more grateful that she was there! Not only did she capture some amazing, priceless photos of my fiancé, and I bringing our girl in to the world, she went above and beyond to help make sure I was comfortable. She talked me through contractions in the end when I was ready to give up, and encouraged me to keep going. She reassured me that my body was doing exactly what it was supposed be, and that I could do it!

Where do we begin?! Words can’t even begin to describe how amazing Courtney truly is! We hired Courtney for her doula services and she has now become our family!!! She was absolutely amazing from the first time we sat down with her, she was understanding and she was comforting right from the first meeting as the pregnancy continued she was encouraging and constantly uplifting about all my fears and anxieties! Fast forward to baby day, we were induced and she was there every step of the way to help answer questions, calm fears, help relieve pain and bring an overwhelming peace to the room!!! I honestly would NEVER have imagined I could accomplish the birth that I had without her & all the help she was to my husband and I to understand and navigate through every obstacle that came our way!!! We never felt pressured or judged in any way, we only ever felt love, compassion and support!!!!We love Courtney and we definitely will be calling on her assistant when God blesses us with another baby in the future!!!

I’ve procrastinated sitting down to write Courtney a proper review because I’m having a hard time putting into words how grateful I am for her during my pregnancy, labor and delivery, and postpartum. My husband and I found her late in my pregnancy but she was there for us and answered any questions we had promptly. During my labor and delivery, she helped my husband perform comfort techniques on me and fostered a calm, soothing environment for us. She helped put my husband at ease with everything that was going on. During my postpartum period, Courtney came over to our home several times to check up on us and watch our son for a few minutes. She even came over for a whole day to take care of Jack when we moved when he was 3 months old!
I cannot say enough good things about Courtney and how much she helped us have the (relatively) peaceful, natural birth that I had dreamed of having. We will absolutely be using her services for our next little one, hands down.

Courtney made my birthing experience the personal safe environment I was worried about not getting in the hospital. Courtney really cares about what she is doing and knows her facts when it comes to alternative options instead of being pressured by my doctor to do things the way was more convenient for her. She spoke on my behalf about my dispositions and made sure I was aware of decisions being made by nurses behind my back and supported whatever discussion throughout all my options. She is reliable and an overall upstanding person and I couldn't be more thankful to have had her there for me on this special day. She made my labor pain threshold change entirely with her pressure points and compressions of the glutes and hips when pain in my sacrum was killing me and beating the crap out of me!! That helped me so much and having someone coach me coming from a serene soft grounded center instead of just the nurses made me so much less stressed and gave me confidence and assurance that I could do this . 5 out of 5 most deffinately !!!
