Vallen was the best decision I ever made to support myself and my daughter after her birth. I had only heard briefly about post partum doulas and didn't know what to expect and was blown away by the level of care and emotional support that Vallen provided. She knew exactly when to step in with advice and help and exactly when I just needed to talk and have a wonderful listening ear. I wouldn't change a thing. I had a rough post partum period with my first child and struggled with post partum anxiety and depression and was so grateful to have had a completely different and wonderful experience the second time with Vallen's amazing help. Literally cannot recommend her enough.

We LOVE Vallen! She supported our family as a daytime doula for two months after my son was born. As a first time mom I learned so much from Vallen about caring for a newborn. In addition, she provided a calming presence, helped established routines with our son and was wonderful with food prep, laundry and light cleaning. I trust Vallen implicitly and truly cannot recommend her enough for postpartum care!

I was so blessed to have Vallen! After birth of my little boy I couldn't walk or sit for about 3 weeks because of tearing so I suffered physically and emotionally. Vallen was available 24/7 to help and support me. I had the best naps while she was soothing my little one. She helped me with laundry, dishes and so many other things around the house! I didn't even have to ask her. She found a car seat for us when we urgently needed it. Vallen has a big heart and is very trustworthy. She is very knowledgeable with babies and very gentle. I can't be grateful enough!!!
