Where to begin? My experience with Viviana was life-changing. I am so grateful for how she supported us during our three-month postpartum mark with guidance, information, resources, and emotional support. Her approach was gentle but direct in a way that was a perfect fit for our needs. She is professional while still managing to feel like your big sister in how she cared for me during a VERY vulnerable time. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for postpartum support that feels truly caring and reassuring, like having someone hold your hand every step of the way while also making sure you’re educated and equipped for when she’s not there.

We are beyond grateful to have found and worked with Viv as our birth and postpartum doula during the birth of our first baby and the challenging fourth trimester. From the moment we met her, we knew we were in great hands. Her warmth, knowledge, and calming presence were exactly what we needed as first-time parents navigating a new world of uncertainties and sleepless nights. During labor and birth, Viv was an incredible support, offering guidance, comfort, and reassurance to both me and my husband. Her experience and calm demeanor made all the difference during labor.

But where she truly went above and beyond was during the postpartum period. We were so overwhelmed in the first few weeks, and we felt lost and exhausted. Viv was there for us every step of the way, through calls and texts and Facetimes, offering practical advice on everything from newborn care to breastfeeding (she's also a lactation consultant!), and provided much-needed emotional support. She truly saved our sanity during those first few weeks, helping us feel like we were not alone. In the weeks to come, she helped us establish a routine, gave us tools to manage stress, and made sure both mom and baby were well cared for. When she was in our home, she treated it like her own - even our dogs loved her. We honestly don’t know how we would have survived the first few months without her. If you're looking for a doula who is not only skilled but compassionate, intuitive, and supportive, we cannot recommend Viv enough for you. She is a true lifesaver!

Having Viviana as a doula was such a wonderful experience. I am so grateful for her. Through out my whole pregnancy she was always so attentive and checking in. During the labor she was with me every step of the way, reachable and guiding me through every stage. I truly could not have done it without her help. Would 1000% recommend her to anyone looking for a doula who is caring and passionate about her job, who will look out for you, have your best interest at heart. Viv was truly such a blessing, for ever grateful to her!

We had the pleasure of working with Viv for the first 8 weeks of our baby girl Harper being born. Viv knows everything! Harper is our first child and we frankly had no idea what we were doing and Viv was calm, responsive, trustworthy and knows everything about newborns. She assisted with breast-feeding strategies, sleep training, exercises and helped us shop for baby items we forgot before Harper was born. We would highly recommend Viv as a doula for any family who is looking for an intelligent and experienced doula to help guide you through the first weeks and months of having a child.

Viviana was very helpful and supportive with my 3 week old daughter while my husband was away on business trip. She was extremely caring with the baby , and was so helpful around the house making my life so much easier. She did babies laundry (and mine!), washed dishes and cleaned bottles. She also helped guide me in breastfeeding and gave me a basic position change that allowed me to keep breast feeding longer. She even checked in after her time here to see how my baby was doing with certain things that she knew about from being here. Highly recommend!

Viv was a wonderful doula! We used her overnight and she was so helpful. Beyond ensuring that we got good rest, she was a whiz at folding laundry and cleaning/sterilizing bottle parts, too. She was also able to offer perspective and advice but was not pushy in any way. Highly recommend!!!

Viviana is absolutely amazing. She truly understands the birthing process and goes out of her way explain things and prepare expectant mothers so they can feel more confident in what's coming ahead. She's super responsive and has a very kind bedside manner. I highly recommend working with Viviana, she is a gem.

Viv was such a great doula to my daughter. She was beyond sweet, extremely helpful when I was upset and didn't know what to do with my baby. I highly recommend her to anyone. She truly was terrific!! ????

Viv supported us postpartum with everything we needed to feel confident as first time parents! She allowed us to sleep, take some time for ourselves to heal, and get organized when we were making decisions about all things baby stuff. As our baby got older she was the first person we felt comfortable leaving him with for a few hours to get out of the house. She helped with feeding and guided us when it was time to figure out pumping and returning to work. She's amazing and we are so glad she's been a part of our family!

I worked with Viviana during the birth of my first baby in 2019.  Viviana is simply an amazing doula!  Being a first time mom, I was very nervous and did not really know exactly what to expect during the birthing process.  My goal was to have a natural birth and I don't think I could have done it without her.  Viviana walked me through the process,supported me, made me feel comfortable and helped me focus.  She was an invaluable partner. I had a wonderful experience and I am forever grateful to Viviana for helping in supporting me.

We truly loved working with Vivian. We hired Vivan to help with our little one after the birth of our first child. She was crucial and supportive during the first couple weeks as we navigated being new parents.  We ended up extending her contract for longer as the support she provided was invaluable. She helped me handle first few weeks by not only helping me relax and helping give me a break but answered questions as I learned how to care for my newborn. She truly is nurturing, understanding and caring and we greatly appreciate the support she provided. If we have another child I will definetly request to have her as my doula again.

My husband and I had a wonderful experience with Viv and highly recommend her to anyone seeking the support of a doula. As first time parents, we felt prepared  and confident after her courses on childbirth and newborn basics, which she offered in the comfort of our home. Although my birth did not go as planned, Viv was supportive every step of the way and in constant communication while I navigated hospitalization and complications that led to an emergency C section. We ended up leveraging Viv’s postpartum doula services and she was essential to our family while I balanced my recovery with caring for a premature infant. She is incredibly responsive and knowledgeable, always a quick text or call away for any questions or concerns I had, and was a great help with the baby and around the home in the hectic weeks after delivery.
