Client Testimonials for Danielle Eby

Post a testimonial for Danielle Eby

Danielle was my Doula's back up Doula by my request. We were able to call on her when my birth took longer than expected, and my Doula had to step out for a few hours. Danielle decided to stay when my Doula returned and I'm so glad she did.

I had been in second stage labor for 12 hours when Danielle came and I didn't deliver for another 23 hours. Danielle was a key part of my birth team that kept me going for my very long labor.

My husband and I relied heavily on Danielle's kind and attentive manner. She helped us going through tough decisions. She was wonderful at predicting our needs and tentatively helped the nurses situate me.

I'm so happy Danielle was a part of my birth support team. We couldn't have done it without her.

We welcomed our precious baby Michael safely into the world with the absolutely tremendous attentive support companion of Danielle of DNE Birth Services! Leading up to our bundle of joy's arrival, Danielle was highly responsive, cheerful and knowledgeable as I informed her of my laboring status. Danielle's brilliant tricks of the trade and commitment with Michael and me helped wondrously in having a complication-free birth! I also heartfully, accredit Danielle's assistance with keeping my birth plan on track for a vaginal birth after cesarean section. Danielle aided me in desiring very little for pain medicine and other medical interventions. Together, we have been able to experience Michael's birth with our own innate determination and powerful grit!

When the idea of a doula was first mentioned to me, I was unsure about whether or not I felt like I could benefit from one. I figured that’s what nurses and my husband were for....well I’m here to tell you I don’t think I could have made it through my labor and pregnancy without Danielle.Throughout my pregnancy Danielle was there for me with any questions or concerns I had. She was non judgmental and never made me feel like my questions were a burden or dumb. She helped me feel empowered and gave me every option without pushing me toward one decision or another. Once I would make a decision she supported me whole heartedly.

During labor, Danielle was present to help advocate for me when I couldn’t. She was there as a focal point throughout some really tough portions of labor that I don’t think I could have made it through without her. After laboring for 20 hrs and pushing for 2 hrs, I had to have a C-section. Danielle was there next to me to calm my fears before surgery and she was there post surgery to do the same. I could probably write 10 pages about what an important roll Danielle played in my pregnancy, labor, and postpartum experience. She was a light for me to gravitate toward and I could never imagine not having her be apart of future births for me. If you are questioning whether or not a doula is right for you, I suggest you at least meet Danielle and be open to the idea.
