Stephany was everything I could've asked for in a doula plus more! Not only is she very knowledgeable with regards to physiologic birth, she is compassionate and supportive in every way. She helped me to build confidence in my body and it's abilities and even helped me learn how to better advocate for myself. She was always readily available for emotional support leading up to my son's birth and she was an amazing physical support during the birth. It's a huge bonus that she's also skilled in massage and was able to use those skills to help me to better manage my contractions. She was highly recommended to me and I'm beyond grateful that I listened!

Having Stephany as our doula put us at so much ease for labor prep and then labor. She helped us practice beforehand so that my husband could be helpful during labor as well. During labor she was a huge help maintaining intentional breathing, doing position changes to get our baby in optimal positioning, and counter-pressure for my back labor. She was a calm and confident presence to us, and listened to and supported our birth requests so that everything went better than we thought possible. HUGE bonus was the awesome pictures and videos she took for us!! Now - months later - I still bring questions to her
and she is eager to help. We are forever grateful to Stephany and I would recommend her as a doula to anyone! - Rachel P

So thankful to have Stephany as our doula for the birth of our daughter! After 3 previous deliveries, I desired a more natural birth experience and began looking into doula services to meet that goal. Upon meeting Stephany I felt instantly heard and understood. She takes time to get to know you, your story, and your hopes for birth. She also is extremely knowledgeable and was able to share so much with my husband and I, where we felt much more educated about the birth process and what to expect. Stephany is very personable, and has great communication, easily building a relationship over our meetings. We were able to connect at several intentional points throughout my pregnancy both in person at her office, our home, and via phone / text for questions.

My birth experience had MANY unexpected moments and I honestly couldn’t imagine not having Stephany there to help advocate, support and guide us. She came to the hospital with high urgency and was the one giving me the words of encouragement and recommended positions to get through contractions.  (Also reminding me to breathe!!) I highly recommend Stephany and her doula services! She was a wonderful coach and partner in the process, and after my experience I am confident she will guide you through whatever you may encounter in your birth journey!

My birth, which deviated from all my dreams for it and challenged me to face my greatest fears, was an incredible and ultimately positive experience, thanks to Stephany. I don't know how I could have done it without her. 

From our initial interview, we knew that Stephany was a perfect fit for my husband and me and the natural birth experience we wanted. We loved our in-home meetings with Stephany leading up to our birth, she was in full support of our birth preferences and provided a multitude of knowledge and hands-on training, which made both my husand and I feel supported and confident for our birth journey. We both found this more valuable than than the hours of birth classes we had attended.

Stephany was such a positive support in the days and weeks that followed guess date. Her patience, assurance and impromptu pep talks truly got me through the 16 days that our little one waited to make his arrival.

Throughout my labor, Stephany provided essential on-going emotional, mental and physical support for my husband and me. When I made the challenging decision to transfer to the hospital she was my biggest cheerleader, embracing me as I got an epidural, coaching me during my pushing stage and helping me stay remain calm when complications arose following birth.

Stephany worked seamlessly with the rest of our birth team. She provided exactly the hands-on, calming, coaching support that I had asked from her. She advocated for my wishes and preferences and when my birth plans changed she helped me move forward. I am forever grateful for her and cannot reccomend her highly enough.

I am eternally grateful for Stephany and her doula services! The doula that I planned to work with was no longer able to attend my birth due to an injury, and she referred me to Stephany. She and I had an intro call that went very well and I confirmed that I'd get her agreement signed and returned the next morning. Three hours after our introductory call, I went into labor. I was hesitant to reach out, as I hadn't yet signed the agreement, paid a deposit, or even discussed my fears/preferences/visions with Stephany.

I am so grateful that she was able to attend my birth on such short notice. I was 6 weeks early and very nervous, not in the birth center as I had planned, and with providers I had never met. I was ready to abandon my birth plan until she walked in and completely shifted the energy in the room, jumping in to provide comfort and assistance immediately. I'm confident that without her there, I would have had a birth that was not in line with what I planned or hoped for. She guided us beautifully and confidently, yet brought a serene energy into the hospital.

Stephany is my doula for life!!

Having Stephany as my doula was one of the best experiences of my life. Not only did she provide amazing support throughout my pregnancy journey, she gave me lifelong tools to support and uplift myself beyond giving birth.

As someone who was a first time mama-with loads of anxiety, Stephany was there for me every step of the way- intuitively giving you exactly what you need in whatever stage you’re in.
She has a way of not making it feel like she’s just your doula, but your best friend.

Stephany is very thorough in all the pre-labor meetings giving you tools and guidance on how to have a positive birth experience,-regardless of the outcome.

I truly believe that because of her knowledge and tools, I was able to have the beautiful birth experience that I did. Even as a first time mama, I was able to give birth within two hours of waking up/my water breaking!

I will never forget my birth experience and I know that Stephany played one of the biggest roles in it. If you’re considering a doula, you have found her!

Hiring Stephany was the best decision my husband and I made regarding our birth plan. She was always accessible and willing to answer questions before labor. As a first time mom, there were a lot of unknowns and she made us both feel informed and ready to deliver our baby. 

Once I was in labor, Stephany came to our house and helped me labor at home. She was very encouraging without being distracting. My husband felt like she partnered with us during labor instead of replacing him. When I had a poor experience with the midwives as the birth center, Stephany remained positive and reminded me of my birth plan. Unfortunately my long labor mixed with negativity from the midwives started to become too much for me and I made the decision to transfer to the hospital and get an epidural. Even though this wasn't the plan or goal, she did not make me feel judged and continued to be nothing but reassuring. 

When it was hard emotionally that things didn't go as planned, having Stephany there made a huge difference for us. I can't image going through labor/delivery without her. It was also very nice having the postpartum visit to go over how labor went and to emotionally process things. 

Overall we are beyond grateful for her.

Stephany was wonderful! It was my first pregnancy. My husband and I really appreciated all the support and information Stephany was able to give us. She made us feel so comfortable going threw this crazy and exciting experience. She gave us such a piece of mind to have on stand by for questions and when the time came to head to the hospital. She was there so fast and helped us relax during labor and it was such a pleasure to have her be a part of the birth of our son! Highly recommend her :)

One of my close friends referred Stephany to us. It was our second pregnancy and first experience with a doula. We could feel the good energy and passion for her work the minute we met her. Stephany supported us in every decision that we made and always left us feeling confident. She was very easy to talk to and responded quickly whenever we reached out.  Having a support person like Stephany made all the difference going through this pregnancy. While my labor was progressing quickly, Stephany also had another client in labor. She acted quickly and made sure that the back up doula was on her way to me. It wasn't the ideal situation, but Stephany dealt with it gracefully and made sure I was okay until she was able to be there. Stephany arrived just in time for the birth. She jumped right in providing support and encouragement as I delivered our baby girl. Stephany's guidance and support gave us the tools to have a beautiful and empowering home birth experience. 
I would refer Stephany to anyone and everyone! Stephany wasn't just our doula, she became a part of our family unit. She is the BEST!

We hired Stephany as our doula for the birth of our third child. We didn’t have a doula for our previous births but after working with Stephany I wish we did! She was very knowledgeable and helpful throughout our pregnancy, and it was wonderful having her amazing support during labor and delivery. She helped me achieve the birth experience I always envisioned. It’s amazing how much more confident and prepared I felt going into labor knowing I had a strong support system that understood our history and birth plan. I would highly recommend her to any expecting parents!

Having Stephany as my doula was easily one of the best decisions I made throughout my pregnancy. As a first-time and single mama, I was excited, nervous, and everything in between. I didn't know what I didn't know, and Stephany was a tremendous resource throughout my pregnancy, labor, delivery, and postpartum. My baby decided to surprise me 5 weeks early and Stephany was the support, encouragement, and no-nonsense pep talk I needed to have the unmedicated birth I wanted. Stephany checked in with me regularly during the NICU days, not just to see how my son was, but also to see how I was doing. Having Stephany as my doula was invaluable. I'd recommend her to anyone, without hesitation!!!

Stephany is very caring and professional. My husband couldn't be with me when I gave birth. Stephany's calming personality really eased my nerves. She's also very professional. With her help, my delivery was quick and smooth. Her prenatal and postpartum visits were also helpful! I really enjoyed having her as my doula and I'm grateful for her care!

Stephany was a breath of fresh air for our pregnancy, labor and postpartum journey. She brought a wealth of knowledge, experience, and ideas that helped us understand and conquer any and all fears that may have come up along the way by answering all our questions with respect and confidence. We enjoyed her friendliness, easy-going personality, and responsiveness.

When it came to the day of our labor, which was long and exhausting, she was with us every step of the way, helping us through the most difficult parts. She was just as helpful with my husband as a support person as she was with me. After a total of 44 hours, which required her to take a break for a few hours with a backup doula, she was by our side when our son was born and helped with breastfeeding. Our home visit a few days later was great, too.

We highly recommend her and would love to have her again when/if the time comes for our second child!

Stephany was such an amazing part of our birth journey! From the moment we met her we immediately hit it off and knew she would be the perfect fit for us. Stephany was always very responsive and easy to communicate with. When we decided to switch from a birth center to home birth halfway through pregnancy, Stephany fully supported our decision and helped us find a midwife right away. Having a support person to connect with throughout pregnancy was extremely helpful and always gave us peace of mind.

During labor, Stephany provided invaluable support to help me reach my goal of birthing our baby at home. Her counter pressure and massage techniques were extremely helpful and kept me so much more comfortable during contractions. She was always very encouraging and great at providing guidance on breathing/different laboring positions. She was an amazing support person while also including my husband throughout the entire journey. Stephany played an integral role in us having the peaceful and empowering birth experience I always imagined!

Having Stephany throughout pregnancy and labor was the best decision we made and I cannot recommend her enough! We will definitely hire her for all our future pregnancies. I cannot wait to work with her again - doula for life!!

I am so thankful that I made the decision to have Stephany as my doula to help with labor. My husband and I liked her from the very first meeting with had with her. Our plan was just "shop" around for a doula and pick the one we liked to most. Stephany was the first doula we met with and we decided we wanted to have her as our doula before we left the meeting.  Stephany is the type of person that you are immediately comfortable with and you feel like you've known her your entire life.  She was very helpful in preparing me for labor.  She was always very responsive to texts and calls. My husband and I wanted a doula present for the birth of our second baby because we wanted to have a calm, peaceful, controlled atmosphere. Stephany did an amazing job to help facilitate that atmosphere and we cannot thank her enough for the support she gave us and joy we experienced with the birth of our baby. My husband and I are extremely grateful that Stepthany was there for us in the delivery process.  If we do this again, I would want her there for me!

We had a great experience with Stephany as our doula! She took us on as late clients (I was already over 35 weeks when we decided to completely switch our birth plan), and we were so thankful she was willing to work with us! She is knowledgeable and was able to advocate for us effectively at the hospital. She also is wonderful at massage and helped relax me during intense parts of my labor. Thank you, Stephany!

I cannot begin to describe how amazing Stephany was before, during and after labor/delivery. I had 2 full nights of false labor before going into full labor and she immediately answered my questions and comforted me. she was encouraging yet authentic and real at the same time about the importance of letting my body do its thing in its own time. My labor was extremely long and I can for sure count 2x that I legitimately wanted to quit and thought I couldnt keep going. Stephany new exactly what I needed to keep going whether it was to try a different position, a laugh, encouragement, or just a reminder of how strong I was. She also knew when to advocate for me to hospital staff such as encouraging longer skin to skin connection once baby was born. and at that point my mind was not on advocating so I was very appreciative that she was there to even think if advocating for me and baby. I would recommend her to anyone and everyone!

Stephany was a wonderful doula for my husband and me. From the first time we met, she was right there and available with information and encouragement. During the birth, she was full of ideas to help labor along and support me and my husband. I especially enjoyed her knowledge about exercise and moves to help prep for labor as well as specific exercises to help during labor. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

I am so grateful to Stephany for her role in the birth of my baby. Her strong but calm voice, affirmations, and touch were exactly what I needed when I doubted myself and wanted to give up. I was able to have the birth experience that I wanted, and I could not have done it without her!
