Shemaria has been with me throughout my entire pregnancy and has been patient, kind, dedicated and beyond helpful. Shemaria has helped me cope with anxiety and depression throughout my pregnancy and postpartum and always reassured me that I can do well and to focus on positive things and my baby and my health. I highly recommend Shemaria for a doula, I am truly blessed to have had her as my doula she is a overall good, experienced and blessing from God. I couldn't thank Shemaria enough for all that she has helped me through and she was also there with me during labor and delivery which made my experience of pregnancy and birth delightful. Shemaria is a true goddess healer in every way. Her presence -- nurturing, steady, sensual, bright, fun, and loving nature -- is like medicine in itself, making you feel safe, supported, loved and free to be however and who ever you need to be during your pregnancy and after. Her touch is powerful and discerning -- never aggressive but always light where it can be and stronger where and when more firmness is needed. I know that she has served as a doula for so many births (home and hospital) yet she still carries a beautiful sense of awe and wonder about birth. Shemaria is also a rich resource for advice, and is always learning more and continues to study so that she can better help you. Having her is a great, invaluable gift for your baby and yourself.”
