Nichole Borgal

There is probably no gentler and kinder soul than Katie. We feel very blessed to have met her, and for the opportunity to have had her as our Doula. We were new parents, and expecting our first child, which made us anxious thinking about labour and giving birth as we did not know what to expect and how best to prepare psychologically. We felt a doula could provide support in this process, and we reached out to Katie thanks to a recommendation. It was definitely the right choice. She asked us a lot of questions to get to know us, the birth we would hope to have, what our fears and worries were, and how she could best help and support us. She listened carefully, and developed our birth plan, and provided invaluable support preparing for and during the birth. Thank you, Katie, for being by our side as we experienced this most precious moment in our lives!
