I reached out to Rebekah when I was around 30 weeks pregnant, wanting a doula to help me hopefully have a successful VBAC. After moving to the area at the beginning of my 2nd trimester, it took me a little while to get settled and start a search for a doula. Even with a shorter time to work together, Rebehak made sure we fit in two consults before my due date so we could really figure out my birth plan and how she could best help me have a good birth experience. When my due date came, she was easily reachable so I could give her updates on how I was feeling and when I went into labor she was quick to answer her phone and help me determine when we needed her to come and help me labor at home. My labor was very long with laboring at home and then at the hospital and she was with us every step of the way. She was a calming presence, helping me to stay calm and helping to bring me back to the moment when labor started to feel like too much. When my doctor and I determined I needed another c section, she sat with me while I processes my fear and disappointment and she stayed until after the c section and made sure I got every aspect of my birth plan. She was an integral part of my birth and I am so grateful she was there with us.

Rebekah was amazing! She was there for me before, during and after the birth of my son. She helped me to stay calm during the parts I was scared of the most. She prayed with and for me, and for that I will always cherish her and recommend her services to anyone looking!

Rebekah was great!!! I had the goal of having a natural birth and read that having a doula greatly increased those odds. After interviewing a couple of potential doulas, we ultimately decided on Rebekah because she put our concerns at ease and provided us with all the information we needed. We met with her twice before the big day and came up with a birth plan. I felt like she greatly prepared me for birth. When I finally went into labor (10 days late), she met us at the hospital and she knew exactly what to do to make me comfortable whether it be switching positions or getting a cold towel. My fiancé was also extremely grateful because he was able to focus on being by my side while Rebekah made me comfortable. I wad only in labor for 7 hours and delivered our sweet baby girl without an epidural after pushing for less than an hour. I owe it all to the advice and preperation that Rebehak gave us. Rebekah came and checked on us two weeks after giving birth which gave us the piece of mind that we are doing just fine. Thanks Rebekah!!! 10/10 reccommend!

We were so thankful to have Rebekah as our doula! This was my third baby (and I hadn't had a doula before), so at first I didn't think I needed any extra help this time either. A few weeks before my due date though, I started feeling like I would need someone else in my court for a potentially hard labor (big baby!). Another doula in the area who wasn't available said that Rebekah was well respected and would serve me well. It was so true! Even though it was such short notice, Rebekah was available and was able to quickly work me into her schedule to do a couple meetings before delivery. She was always fast to respond to questions/updates I had, and when I was ready to go to the hospital, she got to there so fast and was with me even in the triage room helping me stay in a better labor position while waiting for a room. She was amazing during labor - she did acupressure through contractions (something that was way more helpful than I anticipated), helped my husband help me, got me in different positions, found me equipment, and so much more. Her skills, energy, kindness, encouragement, and reassurance were so helpful through an unmedicated delivery of a 10 pound baby! Also, she's a mom herself so she has that practical mom experience. Another thing I really appreciated about her was that she worked well with/around my nurses and midwives in the hospital and didn't create conflict or drama. I thank God that this labor/delivery was by far the best one of the three I've had, and Rebekah being there was a major part of it. There's something special and safe about having a doula as an extra advocate and helper.

We loved our experience working with Rebekah! She was very knowledgeable and helped walk us through our first pregnancy. She was reliable and always available when we needed her. She helped us create a birth plan so we felt prepared and informed. Our labor did not go exactly as planned but she helped support us through the whole thing. We would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a doula.

Rebekah was everything we had prayed for and more. I am confident that I would not have had the experience I did without her support all throughout the second half of my pregnancy and the birth. She took the time to educate and discuss our birth preferences, respond to my texts quickly, and help us make decisions that aligned with our birth plan. She was warm, nurturing, and patient as I labored. Her use of counter pressure was the ONLY way I was able to continue with my desire for an unmedicated birth. From the time of laboring at home all the way until we went to the hospital, she was an expert about everything, but especially reading me and knowing what I needed emotionally, spiritually, physically, and environmentally was so helpful. From holding me as I sobbed when she walked in the door, giving me space and quiet when needed, offering suggestions for different positions, supporting my husband as he supported me, and everything in between. If the Lord gives us more children, we would hire her again in a heartbeat. My husband was not sold on hiring a doula at first, but now that we worked with Rebekah he confidently states she was worth every penny and so much more!

Rebekah was amazing! She was very supportive and knowledgeable. She made us very comfortable and answered all of our crazy questions! I planned for an all natural birth, but my baby was breech so we opted for a c section. Rebekah was there every step of the way and we enjoyed learning from her. We plan to use her for all our children!

Rebekah was an absolute blessing! To start off, we weren't able to hire a doula from the beginning of the pregnancy but regardless, she was so friendly and welcoming that it made us feel so comfortable to ask for help when needed via text and phone call at any time of the day. She also is a mother which made her even more trustworthy because she has so much experience giving birth and raising four children of her own and was open to sharing those experiences. Whenver my husband and I had any questions she was also incredibly informative and always had advice to give. Overall, my husband and I could not have imagine giving birth to our baby boy without her by our side. This was our first child and throughout our time with her support she was patient, kind, thoughtful, helpful, and remained positive which helped us stay calm. If you are looking for a doula who will help guide you and be your good friend, we highly reccomend Rebekah. You won't regret it!

Rebekah exceeded all expectations I had for how a doula would aid my birth experience. I feel as I could not have done it without her. I had back labor and with some contractions my instinct was panic and tension. Rebekah grounded me through breathing techniques, pressure points, massage, and more. This completely changed my anxiety levels and the way I felt the contractions. She was accommodating to all of my wishes and helped me make informed choices. I will definitely be calling her for my next birth!!!!

Rebekah was absolutely amazing. During the labor she was very supportive, constantly helping me feel comfortable and relax. Her techniques with pain management were very helpful and I felt relieved having her there. I also appreciated her help with different positions, I felt like it helped the labor progress faster and made me feel more comfortable. After the little one was born, she stayed to help me with brestfeeding which I found very helpful as a first time mum. I will definitely hire her again for my next delivery.

Rebekah was simply amazing. She provided support and information before our birth to help us be aware of possibilities during our labor so we could prepare and decide what we wanted for our experience. When we needed to have a scheduled induction that ended up taking almost 48 hours before delivery Rebekah was there to support my husband and I throughout the process. When the labor started getting intense she was a constant calming presence and provided encouragement and helped my husband know how he could be helpful and supportive in the process as well. Rebekah absolutely helped me have the birth experience I wanted and helped me deliver a perfect healthy baby boy.

Rebekah was great! She was available quickly by text when I had questions and arrived quickly to the hospital when it was time. She was helpful in giving suggestions on different things to try to help with labor. I luckily had a pretty easy labor, but it was nice to have her there for extra support!

Working with Rebekah was one of the best decisions my husband and I made during this pregnancy. As first-time parents, we were unsure what to expect during labor and delivery. Rebekah was with us every step of the way! She is the perfect combination of hands-on but not intrusive, knowledgeable but not overbearing, and professional but also personable. Overall, she was a great comfort during the entire process.

Rebekah was a wonderful person to have by my side through this crazy experience. We contacted her at the last minute, and I was induced even sooner than expected. Nonetheless. She was eager to join my support team willing and able to step in where I needed her and was always available for my questions. Provided me and my husband with tools and information to not only remain calm but to enjoy the process. Highly recommended!

Rebekah was hands down an amazing partner to have on my team during my entire birthing experience of three entire days! She was a doula, a sounding board, a cheerleader, and more. She rarely took breaks and helped me decide what was best for me and options for me at every turn of my birth plan and journey. 10 put of 10 would recommend her and hope she is present for any future children that I may have.

Rebekah is amazing!! She was there for me for support before, during, and after labor whenever I needed her. She is knowledgeable and kind, but not overbearing (just what I wanted!) She listened to my birth plan and desires for labor and delivery, encouraged me to think about different things that might come up and what I would want to happen, and she supported me in everything I chose. Rebekah's presence and encouragement during labor was amazing. I couldn't have done my induction and natural delivery without her!! She was physically attentive to my needs with water/food/cool cloths/etc. She was there during every contraction with acupressure that helped my pain, and physically held my leg/hand while pushing for 2 hrs. She visited a few weeks postpartum to check in and make sure everything was going smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Rebekah for your doula needs. If this wasn't our last baby, I would hire her again in a heartbeat.

Having Rebekah as our doula was such a blessing. She is such a caring and attentive person. She helped me a lot during my induction process and supported us every step of our journey. If not for her, I might have ended up with a c-section. My labor went not as planned but with her help I was able to still keep it as natural as possible and avoid most interventions. We are so grateful for Rebekah and her support throughout our pregnancy and delivery.

Rebekah was amazing as my doula! She was caring, compassionate, and worked well with the hospital team. I can say I had a great birthing experience because of her. I highly recommend her.

Rebekah provided confront and support throughout the entirety of my 33 hour labor, at one and at the hospital. Leading up to my delivery, I felt more prepared having her. She was fantastic at helping me with breathing exercises and working with the nursing staff to make my experience more smooth. Overall I would give her a 10/10 and recommend her to any women having doubts or needing more support.

I'll be forever grateful for Doula Rebekah Niesen. We were introduced to each other through a mutual friend toward the beginning of my pregnancy, and then we got together, spoke on the phone, and texted each other regularly throughout my pregnancy. She was always so easy to talk to, and was eager to hear updates so that she could pray for me. When I was in the early stages of labor, she came over to my house to walk with me, pray with me, encourage me, and help me relax with a massage. Then, when I transitioned into active labor, she was there to calm me down when the pain was so very intense. She then gently guided me through the pushing stage, by counting out my breathing for me, and captured special pictures of my husband and I welcoming our beautiful baby girl. Her support continued on into the weeks following delivery, as she stopped in a couple times to check in on me and the baby. I praise the Lord for this wonderful woman, and look on with excitement for the many other mamas and babies she'll continue to bless on her journey!

Rebekah is an amazing doula! She helped make my birthing process a special one. She's really caring and made me feel as comfortable as I could be during my labor. Don't know how I would have done it without her. I recommend her to any future mommas!

Working with Rebekah was awesome. She was very warm, understanding, knowledgeable and professional. She made me feel comfortable and I felt I could ask her any question without feeling judged. Rebekah was also very thorough when answering my questions.
Having her with me during my labor and delivery made the experience a lot less daunting. She was excellent. Rebekah consistently reminded me to breathe and spoke words of encouragement which helped me stay on top of my contractions.
I truly believe my labor and delivery went a lot smoother because of Rebekah. She brought so much positivity to that delivery room which goes a very long way when you are in labor.
I highly recommend Rebekah as a doula. 10 out of 10!
