Mallori was the most amazing, caring, intelligent, and well prepared doula I could have asked for leading up to and during my first birth experience. From our first meeting I felt comfortable sharing my vision and hopes for my birth experience. Mallori is an excellent listener and always supportive. My husband and I felt she helped strengthen our bond during the delivery process while providing incredibly helpful comfort measures. Her wealth of techniques of information helped us to feel prepared and confident during pregnancy. I really liked Mallori's holistic approach to the process and truly appreciated her emphasis on managing both the physical and emotional experience to promote positive mental health. I felt cared for when Mallori continued to follow up with our family and provide helpful resources after my son was born. Could not recommend her excellent services enough- Mallori is a truly wonderful person!

Mallori was our doula while we lived in Philadelphia, and we absolutely loved involving her as part of our birth experience. We chose to use hypnobirthing, and Mallori had the skill to comfortably assist us in those techniques. She even went out of her way to learn more about hypnobirthing just for us! Mallori offered great support prior to, during, and after the birth (even weeks/months afterward). During the birth, she worked seamlessly with my husband to support me. I always felt that she let my husband take a leading role while still providing the support and guidance that was necessary for both my husband and I. It was the perfect balance of guidance and assistance. I made a few changes to our birthing plan during birthing time, and Mallori was fully supportive of all of my choices. I felt so much peace knowing Mallori was there helping my husband and I navigate communication with health care providers to make sure our choices and preferences were honored and respected. Mallori was a huge contributor to our peaceful, beautiful birthing experience. In my husband's words, "I'm so glad we had her." I can't say enough about Mallori. She was an amazing doula, and I would ask her to be part of our future birth experiences in a heartbeat.

Mallori was my doula in 2017 and she was a wonderful labor support! She also took a lot of amazing pictures (we requested them). Anyone would be lucky to have her in their delivery. I know she truly cares about her clients and will be there for you at any time of the day (or night). She was with us overnight while I labored and gave support the whole time.

For you dads out there. How much do you know about birth? How much do you really know about birth? You can read all the books you want, but as Mike Tyson said, everyone has a plan until they get punched in the face. That's birth, and you'll want a person in your corner! Mallori went to the paint for my wife, she was there by OUR side, helping us both. My wife did NOT have an easy labor, 43 hours, and Mallori was there the entire time helping my wife get through this. When doctors and nurses are making suggestions or trying to move you along, Mallori is there with her sweet southern charm, making sure whatever decision gets made is yours--not theirs. Mallori was my partner during this all, massaged when I couldn't, provided guidence when I drew a blank, and gave comfort at all times. I found it extremely helpful to have Mallori and her knowledge right by my side, like a birth swiss army knife. I would highly recommend Mallori to anyone!

As a foreign I was really worried if I would develop a deep relation with a doula in order to feel comfortable and confident during my delivery. My delivery end up as an unwelcome c-section so I decided to have postpartum sessions instead of her support in person at the hospital. Mallori was very open to give me different options and leave me completely free to decide how I would receive her support in this new scenario. Today I am delighted by everything that Mallori have brought to my pregnancy and postpartum experience, she, my husband and I developed I relation of trust, respect and intimacy where I could share my concerns and receive the information that I needed in each situation. I did not imagine how difficult and tiresome was to take care of a newborn. I also cried everyday during the first two weeks due to baby blues and breastfeeding adaptation. My support network at US was very limited and Mallori became a very important part of it. Thank you!

No one can guarantee how a birth will go. But working with Mallori as my doula was the main reason why I was able to have a baby without an epidural. She had the knowledge to support me in laboring in different positions in order to flip the baby--not easy! (Though Mallori is supportive of whatever birth plan is best for you.) I cannot recommend her enough, I feel grateful to her for her time and energy, and felt supported before, during, and after the birth. She helped us explore by practicing different positions to labor in, something I felt particularly helped by. If you are looking for a doula, she is an amazing choice.

Mallori is fun, positive and knowledgeable. She was an amazing prenatal guide to us. She provided us with an abundance of helpful and very diverse resources. Her empathic and open explanations contributed lots to our great birthing experience we had. She was very flexible and always well-prepared.
We greatly appreciated the postnatal visits. Offering her help with whatever we needed was amazing as you have to "expect the unexpected as first-time parents". She also connected us to community events and groups, which was fantastic and great help as we moved to Philly from Switzerland about a year ago.
The postpartal couselling and open discussion about common mood disorders made me feel prepared and fearless towards whatever the early busy and chaotic days brought, and we had the happiest and most exciting start with our baby.
We highly recommend having Mallori as your Doula. Preparations with her are fun and relaxing. She will be an amazing resource, support and guide you through up-and-downs, both pre-and postpartal.

Mallori is so hands on and attentive! She has an extensive knowledge about her practice and gives so many options on how to better your pregnancy and yourself. She was so good and fast at replying to my communications to her and always had wonderful suggestions to help me through my pregnancy, even with my complications I had.

Mallori was an amazing support for my husband and me during the birth of our daughter.  She made us both feel safe and in control, despite our baby throwing several serious curveballs.  She was knowledgeable and attentive and taught us a lot leading up to the birth.  The baby was persistently breech, and when she finally turned I had terrible back labor.  Mallori was incredible at helping me cope and including my husband in the process.  We don’t know what we would have done without her!

I highly recommend Mallori Berry Cain. She was my doula for the birth of my son, and my husband and I were so grateful to have her help. She was so supportive throughout the entire pregnancy, and when it came time for my son to make his appearance, Mallori gave my husband and I the exact help we needed. I used hypnobirthing (specifically the Hypnobabies program) during my birth, and Mallori was a wonderful match for my hypnobirthing needs. She was very sensitive to our unique needs as a couple and was incredible at sensing what type of help we needed during birthing time. My husband later commented -- multiple times, to many, many people -- how grateful he was to have Mallori helping during birthing time. She offered priceless help without ever overtaking my husband's role. Mallori also offered help and support during the postpartum period. Long story short, she is amazing! I highly recommend her as a doula.
