We can’t express in words how amazing Caroline is. We hadn’t actually met until we were a few days post partum, very sleep deprived, infected episiotomy and our original scheduled night support Doula fell ill...Caroline swooped in to the rescue and we were instantly put at ease by her presence. She is so kind and thoughtful, arriving with a surprise container of Tucks to help Moms healing - she took time to understand where we were at and how best to help support us as a family. Its the natural instinct and responses Caroline had instantly with our little boy that really helped us feel and become more confident as parents. She made such a big difference to our lives. Outside of being amazing with our son, Caroline went above and beyond is so many ways. I remember the second visit, she had sought out some local parents groups that we could join and provided details and locations of each. It’s these small, unexpected touches that Caroline brings to her work that have such great value to her clients and anyone considering her as a potential support Doula.

Caroline provided overnight and evening care for my baby when I was overwhelmed and exhausted. She is AMAZING and very professional. Caroline treated my daughter as if she was her own and my husband and I were able to sleep soundly knowing that our baby was in good hands. I highly recommend Caroline's doula services.

Caroline was our doula for the birth of our daughter in 2017 and again for our son in 2018. My wife and I are eternally grateful for the emotional and physical support we received throughout the pregnancy and birth of our children. After experiencing the love and care that Caroline offered to us during the first labour and delivery, we could not fathom the thought of having another baby without her. The act of supporting a woman through this most intimate and personal of experiences demands a uniquely supportive, sympathetic and caring disposition - this is where Caroline shines. Her gentle nature and non-abrasive temperament are vital traits that every birthing doula should possess. We had a fairly specific birthing plan for each labour and delivery, both of which included a few aspects of particular importance. Caroline took the time to understand our wishes and was assertive in encouraging us to advocate for ourselves and our birthing plan. Her grace and unwavering support made each experience more beautiful than we could have imagined. The decision to have Caroline as our birthing doula is certainly one of the best we've ever made.

Caroline supported my husband and me for both the birth of our daughter (2016) and son (2018) and provided 24/7 postpartum support for the first 4 days of our babies' lives ay home. It's hard to even try to put into words how wonderful our experience with Caroline was because the care, love, knowledge, and encouragement she provided was absolutely invaluable. Both of my pregnancies were high risk and ended with early inductions. Caroline was there for both my husband and me every step of the way and seamlessly catered her support to each of us based on our needs at any given moment. During labour and delivery, Caroline was equipped with an awesome "bag of tricks" to help provide comfort and pain relief. She not only helped with the physical challenges of giving birth but also the mental/emotional challenges we didn't expect. She was our rock, kept us calm, had us laughing when we needed it, and above all else made us feel like our wishes and the decisions we were making were valid and right for us. She was our advocate through and through and will forever be a very important part of the most incredible times in our family's history. Her passion for helping parents bring babies into this world is evident within moments of meeting Caroline and my wish for every mom/dad/surrogate is that they have the unwavering support of someone like her. Without question, the best decision we made leading up to the births of our sweet babies was to ask Carlione to be part of the experience.
