I first met Alicia in my childbirth education class seven years ago. She was eager to learn and one of my most memorable students. She created an awesome birth for herself. Fast forward to a few years later...

I am so happy Alicia is now a birth doula supporting families through their pregnancy and births. She is committed, knowledgeable and makes a difference guiding people during this important time. So happy she's part of the birth community.

I don't think I could have gotten through my son's birth without Alicia. She walked the hall with me until I couldn't walk another step and then stayed by my side as long as she could. She helped my voice be heard when there was a lot going on and advocated for me. She continued to impower me and tell me how strong I was. Although I ended up not being able to have a natural birth, Alicia was still there with grapes and chocolate milk when I came back from my c section. Alicia was not only my doula, but my supporter and friend.

Alicia has been a personal companion of mine for about 8 years. She’s always carried a mothering spirit about herself. Alicia is graceful, beautiful, and knowledgeable. Following those traits she is a great mother. When she started her journey in doulahood I was very excited for her, simply because I knew she would be an excellent candidate, and now a professional. I had my first child in December 2018, on the 19th day of that year and Alicia accompanied me to assist my midwife in my birth, she’s very professional. Alicia helped my birthing experience to run smoothly and peaceful. One thing she stands by is peaceful breathing and atmospheres. It is because of her that I was able to maintain a calm and zin mind throughout my pregnancy, being as though she was a big part of my support system during my pregnancy. She checks me on consistently, not as just a friend but in her professional state, I love her, I admire her, and she’s an excellent doula. I would definitely recommend Alicia to anyone trying to take a more natural route in birthing.

Alicia attended my birth with my son she was VERY supportive and helpful.. I’m glad she was in the room helping me deliver a new start for me.. it was a beautiful thing to experience because she was there. She always made me remember all the pain would’ve been worth it at the end.
