Attends birth center births? All Birth Centers
I love supporting out-of-hospital birth at birth centers with midwives.

Fee Details

My full service Birth Doula fee is all inclusive. I do not tier packages nor offer partial doula services as I believe all families deserve the best support I can offer. I DO provide some a la carte education and online support and can be flexible in these arrangements. If you would like to work with me and need to discuss a payment plan or financial limitation, please reach out and we may make something work! *I limit my annual birth client load because I work very closely with my clients beyond the standard 2-3 prenatal visits, and prefer to keep a spacious, flexible schedule for all of my clients. Birth clients receive postpartum visits but postpartum hourly services should be booked separately. **In process to become a Medicaid doula care provider through the Oregon Health Plan.

I highly recommend Jessalyn as a doula to any expectant family. We loved our experience with Jessalyn throughout the pregnancy, birth, and initial postpartum period. She provides holistic, individualized care and great prenatal education. We learned so much from Jessalyn that we could have skipped our other prenatal classes. She really goes above and beyond in her availability (both in person and by phone/email) and in working with the whole birth team and family. Her words and wisdom provided me with confidence and she helped shift my perspective around the birth experience by normalizing it and helping me see the strength and beauty of it. She and my husband made a great support team during my labor and during the birth because he had also learned so much from her. Jessalyn is a pleasure to work with and we hope she will continue to be a part of our family’s lives!

My husband and I had an amazing experience working with Jessalyn as our birth doula. From the first interview, it was clear she is a wonderful communicator who takes time to listen and respond to you and who finds great joy in the service aspects of doula work. Jessalyn provided us with comprehensive education on labor and delivery and some education about the postpartum time as well. Her services are personal, reliable, and inspired. We hope to continue our friendship with her as our baby grows.

Jessalyn was my doula during the pregnancy and birth of my first and only son in 2016. She has a wonderful manner that is non-judgemental. She educates and gives you the whys as well as informing you on the possible outcomes for different choices. Most importantly she allows you CHOICE. Which is so important during the process as so many things are coming at you and can seem overwhelming. For any expecting mamas and papas, Jessalyn is such a tremendous asset to you as you go through this life changing process. I highly recommend her doula services!
