I thought I was a good multi-tasker until I met Molly! I was instantly impressed with her which is why I hired her on the spot. She's been my post partum doula since my baby was just a few days old and has been a total lifesaver. I've found her on several occasions meal prepping while my baby slept on her in the baby k'tan carrier just so I could shower or take a nap. She's defintely a baby whisperer and has all the tools and tricks for calming and soothing a fussy baby! She is super helpful around the house with tidying up, laundry and anything else I'm trying to get done too. My older kids adore her too and I'm so grateful for the extra hands and encouragement to take some me-time while she's here. I seriously do not know what we would do without her!
Molly is a rockstar!! She helped us out when Pippa was about 6 weeks and Charlie almost 3 years old. The best part is, she is not only a Doula but also takes care of 2 kids, so that you can finally catch up on some lost sleep! She is great with kids and gives you loads of tips on how to take care of a new born. She is very supportive and listens very carefully. Pippa had her witchhour the first three months and Molly gave the tip to wear her in a carrier and it worked! She also helped me with managing the household, such as folding laundry, cleaning up. We’re not ready to let her go yet and Pippa is almost 7 months;)!
WHOA! Parenting is hard, we all know that. It is made even harder when one of the parents travels for work....that may have been me. We worked with Molly to help sleep train our daughter but also to help out my wife when I was traveling. She was so amazing. This made it so my wife wasn't up every hour with 2 kids at different ages. Thank you so much for your help. I would recommend Molly as she brought knowledge, experience and a calm energy to help us tired parents out.
Molly helped us survive the first several months of twin infants by providing us the gift of sleep!! She would tend to the babies overnight allowing my husband and I to get a good night’s sleep so we could be ready for a full day of work the next day and still have the energy to tend to all our children’s needs afterwards. She is very reliable and quickly learned their overnight routine. Molly has also been helping us with some gentle sleep training for my more difficult sleeper. I would definitely recommend her services to friends or any familie looking for some extra help to get through those tough infant months.
We are so glad we hired Molly to help us postpartum. Having our second child we thought we wouldn’t need much help as we were already experienced parents and had lots of family around to help. We were so wrong!
Molly’s visits brought us a sense of relief each time. She is so great with our toddler and gets our baby to sleep WHILE simultaneously tidying up and motivating me to do some self-care...I wish I had her superpowers. We had some extensive feeding troubles with our newborn and Molly was really helpful in providing resources and ideas for us to figure out the problem. She encouraged me to keep trying in a supportive way. She helped us to get our toddler into her own bed. I found myself having a list of baby related topics to talk with her about at each visit. We even hired her for an overnight session before a big day, it was such a relief knowing I would get a full nights sleep.
Molly brings such a nurturing and comfortable presence to our home. We all look forward to her visits and can’t imagine having gone through this newest chapter of our lives without her.
Molly has been such a gift to our family! She’s helpful, knowledgeable, supportive, nonjudgmental, positive, and compassionate. She always has great tips and suggestions for any issue I’m dealing with. Not only has she been a huge help with the new baby, but she’s also wonderful with our toddler and ready to help out however is needed. I feel comfortable and confident asking her questions, giving her tasks to help lighten my load, and leaving my infant and/or toddler in her care while I take a moment for myself or spend some quality one-on-one time with one of the kids. She brings a warm and loving presence to our home and I’m very thankful for all that she’s done for our family.
Every new mom needs a Molly! She helped in ways that as a former nanny, I didn’t even realize I needed. From improving communication with our family helpers to educating my husband on what a new mom‘s needs are (hello shoulder rubs!!), she shared her knowledge in a supportive, non-judgmental way. She helped us identify and navigate through a growth spurt with my son that I otherwise would have missed. I thought I could do it all on my own, but I realize now that Molly helped me to enjoy my time with our babies by taking care of me and giving me time to recharge. She has a sweet and gentle presence and was amazing with our twins. She is a good listener and would always come up with ideas to make the transition to our new life easier. She helped me feel confident and comfortable caring for my little ones. We love her!
Molly was a huge help for our family. Prepartum, she coached my husband and I on best practices for communication to help avoid conflict with the changes to come. She gave me an awesome DIY recipe for padsicles. They were to be used for recovery with a vaginal birth, but I ended up having a c-section and was still able to make use of them as a cold compress between nursing and pumping. She, also, gave some great advice on having a changing station ready on both floors of our house. Postpartum, she gave both mom and dad a break from baby. I was able to take a long shower, an uninterrupted nap and catch up on anything else personal. She was great at involving dad and checking in on both of us and baby. In addition, she gave support for setting boundaries and asking for help from visiting family. You will be in good hands with Molly, no doubt!
