Cammie was truly a blessing. As first time parents, we are still learning. she was extremely helpful and gave us several relevant advices to better take care of our baby. Our baby is fussy and she was wonderful in calming him down. We would love to have her back to take care of the baby.

We could not be more thankful for- or recommend a better night nurse than Cammie. Aside from her professionalisn and wealth of knowledge on all things newborn, Cammie always showed up with a smile on her face and a calming presence that made us feel instantly at ease. No matter how stressful the day or how tired we were- we could breathe a sigh of relief when Cammie walked through the door promptly at 10pm. Within 8 weeks, she helped sleep train our baby so he was waking once at night and making it until 7am! She provided helpful tips and offered us guidance whenever we asked from bottle nipple sizes to swaddles to diapers to gas remedies- she had all the answers.  Cammie was also accommodating on multiple occasions when we needed to shift our days or times to provide extra coverage. Cammie is the absolute best!

I worked with Cammie for about 5 weeks after my daughter was born, starting on my first night home from the hospital.  It's hard to imagine trusting anyone with your newborn, but Cammie exuded warmth and confidence that put me at ease from the start.  She was great with the baby overnight, following her cues and working carefully over time to put her on a schedule, and I particularly appreciated Cammie's help in making sure baby had a good night's sleep despite persistent newborn congestion.  She regularly checked in on me and my recovery, which I much appreciated since I encountered a few unexpected bumps in the road after coming home from the hospital.  I also really benefitted from her tips as I started to shift to pumping/bottle-feeding. I enjoyed getting to know Cammie over the five weeks we had together, and I am so thankful for her thoughtful and expert care of my baby so I could get some much needed sleep.  Would love to work with her again if I have another baby!  Highly recommend!

I highly recommend Cammie Jenkins. Cammie is a professional, knowledgeable, and skilled doula, and I cannot thank her enough for helping me after the birth of each of my two children. Cammie’s quiet confidence and expertise helped me feel comfortable in my breastfeeding journey each time and she skillfully answered all of my questions. With my first born in 2021, I was very anxious about his jaundice and, in the two weeks Cammie was with us, she helped him get on a consistent feeding and sleep schedule, which we were able to successfully continue. My second born was three weeks early and tiny, and unfortunately had her first cold at 3 weeks old. I had great confidence in Cammie’s ability to work with my daughter to get her on a consistent feeding schedule that promoted healthy growth and recovery. I also desperately needed the rest to recover from preeclampsia and felt so comfortable with Cammie caring for my newborn while I slept. Cammie is so wonderful. All of my friends now call Cammie as soon as they find out they are pregnant!

Cammie was an enormous help with our second child. She started helping us at nights during the first week we were home from the hospital and gave us the gift of much needed rest. She is very kind, patient, and clearly has a way with babies. She was always on time and it felt like we worked as a real team - she brings experience and knowledge while also accommodating what we felt comfortable with as parents. She was also very considerate of my recovery postpartum. If we have more children, we will be calling on Cammie again!

We really loved working with Cammie and would highly recommend her! We appreciated her patience and truly caring nature. She always asked about how I was doing as well as the baby and had great suggestions to help baby sleep better at night. She was also very professional and always on time and prompt in returning messages. We are going to miss working with her and will always think of her when I look back on my postpartum recovery. When my baby arrived three weeks before her due date, Cammie was available on short notice to fill in for my previously scheduled overnight care arrangements, which we were so grateful for! We worked with Cammie a few nights per week for two weeks. She was very professional, caring, always on time, and she was extremely helpful in taking care of the baby overnight (including bottle feedings every three hours and helping the baby fall back asleep). As a new mom, she was able to show me how to properly swaddle the baby. I would highly recommend Cammie!

Our family loved working with Cammie! Cammie is very experienced and she helped take care of our newborn (who was a late preemie born at 36w+3) at night. As first time parents, we were nervous and timid about taking care of our little one, but Cammie was very patient and supportive! She answered all our questions and provided guidance on feeding, sleeping, swaddling, bathing and more! In particular, she helped us establish a feeding and sleeping routine for our baby girl which was instrumental in helping her overcome jaundice!

Cammie provided overnight care for our 6-week-old daughter for one week. She helped with bottle feeding, washing bottles and pump parts, and soothing our little one when she was fussy. She immediately picked up on the system we use to record what our baby ate, and diapers, and was overall highly competent and pleasant to have around. The space was always left very tidy in the morning. She gave us much needed rest during a difficult transition. I'd certainly recommend Cammie for night nanny services!

We were SO grateful for Cammie's help during the first 8 weeks with our newborn. My husband and I were so exhausted after having our first baby, so when baby #2 was on the way we knew we needed some overnight help. Having a few nights of good sleep each week while she cared for our daughter made all of the difference in the world! We trusted Cammie completely with our newborn - she is professional, reliable, kind, and a calming presence. We even requested a few extra weeks of visits from her because we weren't ready to give up those restful nights. I couldn't recommend her more strongly - she's the best!

Cammie took care of our little boy the first few weeks at night so we could get some rest.  She was great to work with and took great care of him!  She documented his schedule at night so we were in the loop on when he had a bottle, needed a diaper change, etc.  She was great at answering any questions that came up too since this was our first time as parents.  Thank you!

Cammie was incredible--my husband and I couldn't recommend her more! She was extremely courteous and just such a huge help to us as first time parents. We were always excited for "Cammie nights" as we started calling them since we knew we'd get some much needed sleep. She was great with our newborn daughter and also provided much needed feeding tips and answered any questions we had. We will 100% hire her for any future children!

Cammie helped us for several nights following the birth of our daughter including the night she came home from the hospital. Cammie has such a calming comforting presence she was incredibly helpful and we immediately felt comfortable with her and having her care for our daughter through the night. It is clear that she has a lot of knowledge in this area and provided helpful information to us. It is also clear that she loves caring for infants and was lovely caring for our daughter. we would recommend her without reservation!

I had a somewhat difficult labor with my second baby, and I knew I needed and wanted someone to assist me through the nights during the first couple of months when I got home from the hospital. Specifically, I was looking for someone to provide "awake care" and who would stay up and watch my swaddled newborn so that I could fully rest in between nursing throughout the night without having to worry. Cammie was that person.

From the beginning, Cammie was professional and deeply caring. Having her with me through the nights, changing the baby's diapers, doing the laundry, waking me to nurse the baby, was so helpful and reassuring.

Based on my personal experience with Cammie, having her overnight at my home over the course of a few months (as well as the occasional care she continues to provide my family), I would definitely recommend her services to other mothers and families.

Cammie was incredible. She was always professional, on time, supportive, and friendly. As first-time parents, we had no idea what we were doing and Cammie answered all of our questions and taught us so much about breastfeeding, diaper changes, sleep, bottles, and more. We were able to get much needed sleep as we totally and completely trusted her to provide excellent care for our son. In addition to caring for our son, she was so helpful in doing his laundry and washing/sterilizing his bottles. We would not have survived without Cammie’s help and cannot recommend her services highly enough!

My husband, 6 week old daughter, and I were visiting DC for the week and at the same time, our daughter was going through a growth spurt and struggling with acid reflux that had just started to get worse. Cammie was absolutely incredible and saved us from total sleep deprivation during that week! From the moment we met her, she made us feel safe and we trusted her with our sweet baby girl. She took amazing care of our daughter who was waking up very frequently and was uncomfrotable due to the reflux. She made some suggestions as well that helped sooo much and luckily now our baby sleeps through the night :). We are not sure what we would have done without her that week.

We’ve been very fortunate to have Cammie with us for the first couple of months of our son’s life.  Cammie is an expert on sleep and is the utmost professional.  She is flexible, adapting to the specific needs of our son and is attentive to details to his care routine, often providing us with recommendations.  Our son was born with a breathing issue, so sleep and feedings haven’t been the easiest.  We are very glad to have Cammie to help us.

My husband and I were in a bind as we were both feeling under the weather and needed rest. Cammie was able to come help us with our five month old overnight. He had been waking frequently due to the 4 month sleep regression and we didn't have the energy to be up every hour or so helping him back to sleep. Cammie was wonderful and brought our son in when it was time to eat but otherwise watched him in the nursery. It was amazing! It gave us such peace of mind and let us catch up on some much needed sleep. Thank you so much!!

Cammie is a patient and caring doula. She helped me very much by listening to my needs and helping me care for my daughter when I was physically unable to do so. She is always on time and is flexible if you need her to be. She is willing to help beyond caring for your child.  For instance, while I nursed, she offered to assist with the dishes. I would recommend her services to anyone.

Cammie has watched my twin granddaughters from a preemie age.  She is very flexible and patient with them.  She has also stepped up at the last minute to fill in to help us out.  She follows their set schedule and routines, she asks questions in order to clarify information.  We are very pleased with her and continue to use her services.
