Hello,

My name is Shanshan, and I am currently expecting my first baby, with a due date in end of June. I am based in Westhills in Langford.

I am looking for a postpartum doula to support me during the early weeks after birth, mainly with daytime help. I would especially appreciate guidance with newborn care, help establishing a routine, and general support as I recover. I plan to formula-feed, so I am not specifically looking for breastfeeding support.

Ideally, I am hoping to start within the first week after birth, with support a few times per week (around 3–4 visits, approximately 4 hours each), though I am flexible and open to your recommendations.

I came across your profile online and really liked your approach, so I would love to learn more about your services. Could you please let me know:

Your availability around my due date
What your postpartum services typically include
