Kaitlin's hands on support was just what I needed for my vbac homebirth. Her support, technical ability and encouragement was crucial for getting through the long back labor of a posterior baby. The hands on support was also huge for me as physical touch is my top love language so it helped me to stay calm and focused. She was patient and was able to take charge when I got to the point in my labor that I could no longer think logically. Having Kaitlin with me was also so helpful for my husband as it allowed him to come in and out of our room as desired, giving him peace of mind that I was well cared for as he cared for our other children during the laboring process. She helped guide him on how to best help me in the moments he was able to be with me. As a doula myself, I am thoroughly impressed with and grateful for the support I received from Kaitlin.
