Lauren is the best! Look no further– you have found your doula!

I knew that I wanted an I medicated delivery from the moment I found out I was pregnant. That meant that a doula was in my future. The first 25 weeks of my pregnancy were riddled with debilitating nausea, but after that I was ready to start my search. I was thrilled to have connected with Lauren at the first doula match event that my husband and I attended. She spoke positivity into my spirit during a time when I needed it most. Afterward, she was super responsive to my questions, was unbelievably available via text, and was so much fun to talk to in person when we met.

On the day I gave birth, Lauren was incredible! She was right there when I needed her. When she arrived at the hospital, she immediately sprung into action with massaging my back, coaching me through those intense transition contractions, and reminding me of everything we’d talked about before. During labor, I felt safe because of her. My husband, who didn’t understand the need for a doula at first, said that she was a life saver and I 100% agree. I truly miss our meetings and get jealous when I see her attending to other births! ? when my husband and I decide to have another baby, one of the first things we’ll do is book Lauren!

Lauren has a great personality and sense of humor. She was incredibly supportive during my birth and postpartum period. During my birth she did an awesome job reminding me how and when to breathe as well as keeping me hydrated. She keeps it real in a really uplifting way. Plus she's a mental health professional so she can help with the ups and downs of the postpartum period.
