Natasha is absolutely amazing! She was my doula for my second baby and first home birth. She was there when I needed her every step of the way. I am grateful that she is a part of my sons birth story. I would recommend her to any mama in need!

Natasha was so good to our family. She met with me when I was pregnant and was very patient with my questions and concerns. She came by to give both my husband and I massages. When I was post partum, I got horrible mastitis and Natasha was wonderful. She showed up and took excellent care of our whole family when I wasn't feeling well. She is a great doula and brings so much thoughtful positive energy to her work. I would highly recommend her to anyone needing doula care.

What an experience! This was my fifth baby. The ladies I work with valued my birth experience being different this time. I have c sections due to my uterus being weird.
Natasha was absolutely wonderful. Due to COVID the hospital my son was born at would not allow her in the OR at all so she stayed on FaceTime with me the whole time. My husband is not a good birth partner at all so she very much showed up for me. Before I was taken to the OR she stayed with me in triage and eased my nerves with laughs. She made sure the nurses and staff knew exactly what was going on. She then waited for me in recovery.
Coming home from the hospital was a bit weird due to house renovations and baby coming a week earlier than expected. Natasha was flexible which was greatly appreciated. She spent the night with me and was such a light.
What I learned most is that Natasha is an extension of yourself. I was on a lot of pain meds this time. Where I didn't trust anyone else to be up with baby, I trusted Natasha. She made sure to validate my oldest daughters role in such a sweet way but still let her know who was boss. And my littlest as well. Natasha made sure to include everyone. She will forever be part of my family.
Having a surgical birth I had no idea what a doula could do in that situation. But she Made it so special. For the first time I felt like I actually had choices. Instead of just being on a cold OR table by myself being ignored she was there with me.
The value of Natasha cannot be put in to words. Don't splurge on the dumb baby gadget. Invest in your postpartum journey and hire Natasha. You won't regret it.

Natasha was the perfect indroduction to how amazing postpartum doula care can be. Natasha was a huge help when our family of 3 became a family of 4 this past August. She is like a ninja in all trades ... do you need help recovering from delivery? Or someone to engage and play with your toddler? Or a friend to chat to about all the things in life? Or a massage? Help with breastfeeding and pumping? Or some amazing meal prep? Natasha would read the situation when she arrived and then adapt and would often be more intune with what I needed then even I knew. She was such an important and joyful part to the story of our child's transition into this world and I would highly recommend her to anyone who is considering postpartum doula care.

I can't express how wonderful Natasha has been to our family as our doula. She has exceeded our expectations to say the least. I originally thought to get a doula so my husband and I would feel supported to labor at home during this season of covid-19.
Dealing with some antepartum depression and anxiety, I knew I wanted limited interaction with the hospital as much as possible. So just short of doing a home delivery, laboring at home with a doula was my desire and Natasha fulfilled that dream for me and my family. She was great with educating my husband and I prior to delivery, giving us helpful techniques to practice in her absence, useful tools to sleep with and just reassurance every step of the way. When I went into labor at midnight, she was promptly on the phone with my husband and giving him support, she made it to my house quickly and was amazing while I labored at home until it was time to leave for the hospital. She made sure we got to the hospital safe. I couldn't have imaged it going more perfect as far as her role and the support she provided.
My husband and I were so grateful for her spirt, temperament, patience and confidence throughout the process. As icing on the cake, which I didn't realize how involved doulas can be, she was very instrumental in my recovery process. She provided helpful remedies and postpartum care during several visits after we made it home. She even helped clean my kitchen! I can't express it enough, Natasha was and is amazing. Anyone wanting a doula with great personality, experience and a love for what she does...pick Natasha.

Natasha offers LMT services as well as those of a birth and post-partum doula (she also makes AWESOME lactation cookies and other goodies) of which the massage therapy was the most important element for me when I started looking into a doula... I hadn't even know that was a thing! Her pre-natal massage package was everything I could have hoped for and was simply the best self-care I indulged in throughout my pregnancy.
Not only does Natasha have magic hands, but she also has an incredible awareness of the body, anatomy and structural integration/myofascial release which helped with the pregnancy aches and pains as well as giving me hours of respite when it was most needed throughout my pregnancy. She spent a great deal of her personal time getting to know our family, personalities and preferences for the birth which was very reassuring as I really hadn't known what to expect from a doula! Her time spent preparing with us was paramount and ensured good communications early on and a smooth labor through to the end.
I felt Natasha not only respected my wishes for an 'unassisted'/unmedicated birth but truly cared about the 'why' behind the 'what.' After having previously had miscarriages, it was very important to me to bring my child into this world safely and without medical intervention.. after these prior losses, I new I could endure any physical discomfort if it was followed by a happy outcome. Natasha was so supportive on every level and helped us achieve the miracle of birth by simply believing in us and offering to support us to that end through the generous outflow of energy and love she poured into our family at every opportunity. I have so much respect and appreciation for Natasha as a person and as a doula and I would highly recommend her to anyone in need of some TLC while they are busy making tiny humans! She is who you want by your side!

Natasha was my post-partum doula, and she did an amazing job. I was able to relax and get some much-needed rest because I trusted Natasha completely with the baby. She is a wealth of information about all things related to pregnancy and newborns, and she has a very calming, positive presence. Natasha is very dependable, and I highly recommend her!

Natasha is incredible. I can't say enough good things about her impact on my birth experience! She is certified in massage therapy and helped me every step of the way during late pregnancy and during unforeseen back spasms I had in labor. She has a calm yet solid mental presence that reminds you that you can do anything, that you can get through the next contraction or "wave" and welcome your baby into the world. She also is excellent at checking in and being available, offering helpful videos/resources and knowledge in any area you are needing. I was looking for a doula but I found a true friend. Do yourself and your family a favor and chat with her to see if it's a good a fit.

Natasha was our Doula’s backup. I went into labour the day after our Doula left town. We thought we were 3+ weeks early (after looking at dates and then scoring baby after he was born we realised he was not that early!) and of course nothing was ready. No bags packed, no meals prepared, no snacks, no first outfit picked. Natasha hopped right in and asked how she could help. She helped pack bags, plan a few meals and hep move some to the freezer, helped put groceries away, answered our 7yo questions, calmed us by reassuring us, massaged my back, ran errands. When labor got serious she was attentive to my needs, listened, was patient and supportive, and dug right in to helping me labor. I had HORRIBLE butt:/hip spasms (i am sure there is a term for this) during every contraction. She tirelessly massaged and showed my husband how he could help me on the other side. Having her there meant he had support and was able to take a break as he needed. He still comments that Natasha was a life saver! She really stepped up before, during and after our sweet boy was born!

POST PARTUM SUPPORT
To whom it may concern
I highly recommend speaking to Natasha Wright if you're looking for a doula that is not only highly experienced, educated and wise beyond her years, but also kind, supportive, funny and comes across as a real friend when you really need one.
My husband and I were privileged to have Natasha Wright as our postpartum doula when our first baby girl was born. Being first time parents with little experience, let alone not sure of what to expect, was scary but thanks to Natasha we had the best experience anyone could hope for. Her visits to our home to assist with the baby, answer any questions we had and guide us through the transitioning process to parenthood was priceless!
Natasha was always readily available when we needed help. She offered us emotional and physical support in the weeks and months following the birth of our baby. Her presence was highly appreciated as we were able to rest, bond with the baby and smoothly transition into parenthood. She always went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and checked on us frequently. In addition to emotional and physical support, she assisted with grocery shopping, doctors’ visits, gave our baby her first bath, offered massage services and carried out many other errands. Natasha was relaxed, informative, open and honest and actually fun to work with.
On one of our errands to the court house to get married, it was her off day but she offered to accompany us so she could assist with the baby. We were privileged to have her as our marriage witness. To us she’s not just our postpartum doula but now a lifetime and family friend! Natasha left us with a memorable and empowering experience which we will always cherish!
Please feel free to contact me if you have any other questions about our experience with Natasha, and I will be happy to give more details.

I am so glad I chose Natasha to be my doula. From day one she was very supportive and caring. i told her I wanted a birth with no epidural and the least interventions possible. I gave birth at a hospital and needed as much support as possible to be able to go without epidural. Natasha went ABOVE AND BEYOND in helping me and my husband through this birthing experience. Something that especially stood out to me when I interviewed her was that she is a massage therapist, which she explained would help me during my birth. She worked with my budget, met with me a few times and with my husband and mom who were part of my birthing team. She even attended a birthing class with me. When I went into pre-labor, she came by and was there for me for 2 full days. She was massaging me throughout the time and she taught my husband some massaging techniques too so he could help as well. Afterward, she came to visit me at home and brought me a large tray of fruit, some lactation cookies, and also made a souvenir for my baby daughter. She came by a few times post-pardum and was very supportive. I would definitely recommend Natasha to anyone looking for support and a friend to talk to.
