Postpartum limits/restrictions: I currently do not have any limitations regarding my postpartum services. I have been working with families as a postpartum doula and newborn care specialist for 9 years and was a nanny for 8 years prior. I am well-versed in gentle, no-cry sleep methods for infants while supporting the nursing dyad. Additionally, I have worked with families as they navigate the emotional terrain of the 4th trimester, normalizing experiences and setting up your schedule and surroundings to support you through the postpartum period and increase comfort, bonding, and healing.
