Why we love Sheri —
1. Emotional — Helped prevent me from developing severe postpartum anxiety. Sheriwas able to pinpoint my biggest trigger — lack of sleep — and worked with myself and my husband on a feeding and sleep strategy that would allow me to regain my footing.
2. The Routine — Sheri has built a custom daily plan for our baby that allows him to play, sleep and feed in a way that's allowed us to thrive as a family.
3. Baby sleep — Initially, we were following a sleep program by a baby sleep influencer, but didn't realize that this one-size-fits-all approach was wrong for our baby and his natural sleep cycle. From week 1, Sheri worked closely with us to plan, track and adjust a custom sleep program specifically designed for our baby. We began immediately getting strong 4 hour blocks of sleep through the night, building quickly up to 5, 6 and now strong 7 hour blocks of uninterrupted sleep (our baby is 10 weeks old and began getting 5 hour blocks starting around week 3).
4. Her Network: Breastfeeding support — Breastfeeding was unexpectedly one of the biggest postpartum challenges for me. Sheriinstantly came in and helped me articulate and break down what my challenges were. She was able to put me in touch with an incredible lactation consultant in her network who worked with me and coached me through the most difficult roadblocks during my breastfeeding journey. I can honestly say that without Sheri's encouragement and network of quality support, I would not be breastfeeding right now.
5. Tools of the trade — My husband I had relentlessly researched the best products for our newborn, spending months putting together our dream registry — but it was Sheriwho came in and helped us connect all the products together.

I got a referral to Sheri from my OB and she has been our guide from when I was about 37 weeks pregnant. Thanks to Sheri and her sleep training, our 10 week old baby is sleeping at least 9 hours at night already!!! For the past few weeks, not once did we have to stay up or wake up in the middle of the night to feed or soothe her to sleep.
Another thing I'd like to mention is that we also had to squeeze in a ten hour flight which I had been tremendously nervous about. I am so glad that we learned about keeping a day and night time schedule because thanks to these routines, our baby was THRIVING in the plane ride. We did everything the way we usually did at home - eat, play and sleep (using the sleep tools Sheri had us use from the day we got back home from the hospital) and our baby did everything perfectly without a single fuss. She also gave us advice about adjusting to time change and again, our baby impressed us by getting used to jet lag from the second day! I'd recommend Sheri to anyone who obviously lives locally but also internationally. Looking forward to going over the remaining weeks with her!!! It's been so educational!

We found Sheri through a referral of my friend who loved working with her! We decided to work with Sheri when my daughter was 6 weeks old and she's now 5 1/2 months and we are still working with her. I literally don't know what I would of done without her! As a first time mom dealing with postpartum depression, Sheri literally saved me! She guided us with routines and sleep schedules for my daughter. My daughter has been the best baby and I believe it's because we had Sheri helping us along the way. She was also there for me and family with emotional support and that was so helpful and gave amazing advice! She's been nothing but kind and I would truly recommend her to anyone! We absolutely love her!

Sheri was an absolute life saver my first 6 weeks postpartum! Having a new baby is rough and she was there every step of the way and for every bump in the road. Her newborn care tips really helped with figuring out a new baby and her sleep guide is a must if you want your baby to start on a good sleep routine from the beginning. When I was having issues with not getting enough sleep, mental health, and breastfeeding she was right there with emotional support and a plan of action to get me through! I don't know where I would be without her support and guidance! Thank you Sheri!!!

We hired Sheri shortly before our son was born in February 2021. COVID prevented us from seeing any family or having help in LA with a newborn, and we were hoping to bring someone into our circle who could help guide us through the first twelve weeks with our baby. We approached hiring a postpartum doula curiously and casually — we weren’t sure if it was even necessary for us, but thought we might give it a go. Sheri immediately met and surpassed our expectations. In our first virtual meeting, she provided us a huge stack of resources — specialized sleep guides, baby gear recommendations, and a trove of articles for the entire fourth trimester — as well as her honest and loving thoughts on everything we already had in place for our new beginning. She was immediately candid, understanding, encouraging, and direct…and she has been that way with us every day since. Most importantly, Sheri provides access to herself; we call her our “pocket person” as she is always readily available over text, phone, or FaceTime for tips, advice, and resources. Having someone with access to the best resources in LA was a huge win for us: Sheri was able to get us very hard to get appointments with LA’s best lactation consultants, tongue/lip tie specialists, and a super fun and effective pediatric bodywork specialist. We should say this is SO MUCH more than we thought we’d need or use. We are super laid back, not high maintenance, go with the flow people…but still, we loved having one trusted, expert voice to listen to when advice was pouring in from all angles. Even still, she would always tell us to trust our guts and listen to our own inner parenting voice. You’ll make a friend in Sheri - we can’t wait to safely meet in person, or invite her to a 1st birthday party. We have two weeks left in our twelve weeks together, and we will miss her a lot!

Sheri is the absolute best and I can't recommend her enough! My husband and I were so incredibly fortunate to have found her as our postpartum doula following the birth of our first child. Throughout the process, from meeting before the birth to visits immediately following the labor, Sheri made us feel so informed, cared for, and supported. With both of our families living across the country, Sheri was a third mom to us and made the transition into parenthood go so much more smoothly as a result. In fact, thanks to Sheri's tools and preparation, our daughter began sleeping through the night at 8 weeks old! Having her help throughout the first few weeks of parenthood set us up for success in the months to come. We can't recommend her to new parents more!

Sheri played an instrumental role in my postpartum recovery and my journey into motherhood. Not only was she knowledgeable in newborn care, but she also provided emotional support and made sure that my husband and I were doing well individually and as a couple. Since our whole family is on the East Coast, we were worried about feeling isolated, lost and alone as first-time parents, but Sheri filled in as a mother figure / therapist / doula in one package and helped alleviate our anxieties and fears. From the beginning (months before I was even due), Sheri checked in regularly and provided helpful resources and articles. She also helped me build my baby registry and navigate the overwhelming world of baby products. She is always responsive and available, and genuinely cares for all of her clients and their wellbeing. We found so much value in hiring Sheri as our postpartum doula whether it was deciding when to introduce bottles, how often to pump, how to take shifts with the baby so we can both get enough sleep, how to establish a sleep schedule and routine for the baby, etc. I am certain I would've had a much more emotionally and physically challenging entry into motherhood if it weren't for Sheri.
