Postpartum limits/restrictions: My postpartum services are reserved for clients who I have worked with as a birth doula. All other inquiries are on a case-by-case basis.

Attends hospital births? All Hospitals
I do not provide transportation for my clients to the hospital, this includes when I meet you at home during labor.

I do not provide transportation for my clients to the birth center, this includes when I meet you at home during labor.

I am a perinatal health professional with over 25 years of experience supporting women and families through community-focused childbirth education and doula care. I hold a Master’s in Guidance and Counseling from NYU and am a Certified Personal & Executive Coach. I am also the author of Invite God Into Your Birth Room: The Art of Spiritual Strategy for the Childbearing Year. I have specialized training as a MEGI-certified high-risk doula and support women experiencing complex or high-risk pregnancies, including pregnancies affected by high blood pressure, diabetes or gestational diabetes, and other conditions that may require additional monitoring and support. Fee Details

I work with families covered by NYS Medicaid, including Managed Care, TriCare for military families, and Walmart employees. I believe every family should have access to the doula of their choice, which is why I also offer virtual doula services. These sessions provide emotional, informational, and social support for both you and your support person. My goal is to help you feel confident, informed, and supported throughout your pregnancy, birth, and postpartum journey. If you’re experiencing significant financial hardship, I will do my best to connect you with a qualified doula whenever possible, so every family can receive the care they need.
