Oh, I briefly met Jodia about halfway through my pregnancy. I wasn't exactly sure what a doula's purpose was. I did some research and thought OH! I NEED HER. I contacted her... At age 31 i was quite anxious about delivery. With the guidance from Jodia it went smoothly. She goes above and beyond what one could imagine and hope for. Her life experiences, training, and knowledge have blessed her with the ability to assist others. If ever I have another child, I will most definitely have Jodia there again; although, my anxiety will be much lower knowing I'm in good hands. I am so thankful to know such a swell person!

I was hesitant to hire a doula throughout my first pregnancy, but as the due date crept up I thought it would be beneficial to have someone who's been through it before, and is knowledgable, guide my husband and I through the labor process.
Jodia did so much more than that and having her as my doula was one of the best decisions we made throughout this pregnancy.

Jodia was present throughout my induction, active labor, and delivery. She guided both my husband and I through every step and encouraged position changes, rest, food, excercise, etc. to ease my experience. Jodia also came to the recovery to ensure I was feeling cared for, and to share more insight as I began to breastfeed. My husband and I do not have any family in our city or any neighboring states. We are pretty much on our own, and Jodia has been such a blessing to our growing family!

We have continued to work with Jodia as I breastfeed and she has helped as a postpartum doula.

Jodia is an excellent doula and has provided me with so much support -- really above and beyond what I had thought a doula does!! I cannot recommend Jodia highly enough and would absolutely work with her again for any future pregnancies!!
