Dayna Rumfelt

Morgan was incredible during our birth and before it. She talked me off many a first time mom ledges as my birth came close. I can't tell you how many times I texted her "is this true?" "Do I really need to do this?" "Do babies really need these?" And "omg what do you do with a baby after it is here?" She reassured me after I risked out of my home birth that we could still have a beautiful birth in the hospital. She reminded me that this was my birth and I was in control of it being the way I wanted it to be when I felt out of control. She reminded me to protect my birth bubble. And most of all she was open to whatever we wanted. She helped us have the birth I wanted. And I did. 8 hours 45 mins after having my water broke at 40 weeks 1 day she supported us in brining Charles in this world. She even held my foot to keep it warm. ;)

Throughout labor Morgan's gentle voice was there reminding me to open up, checking on me when I was hiding in the bathroom suggesting different positions to try, and most of all remembering what was on our birth plan and encouraging me to advocate for what I wanted.
